Dr. Michel E. Pollack, MD always shakes your hand and gives you eye contact when he first enters the physical examination room. From that point on you know you are a person with concerns and in the best of care. He doesnt push painkillers and uses a methodical approach to healthcare. I have a rotator cuff tear and frozen shoulder. Im definitely not looking forward to the manipulation surgery but I know that he is genuinely trying to help remedy the situation, so I am perfectly okay with whatever he suggests. Dr. Pollacks staff is always ready and willing to help with appointments, surgeries, referrals and such. The office is situated in a bright and modern setting and its nice to know that despite pain and sleepless nights from an injury, you have one less thing to worry about when visiting his office. Oh, and if you ever have a question or concern, you may get the voice mail of the nurse at first, but they do get back to you after speaking with Dr. Pollack. Bonus - If you don’t get to the phone on time, they leave a detailed voice mail which always helps. I came back to add the last two sentences since I just got the return call back from staff that I needed. Thanks!!!

The rudest office I have ever encountered in my life! The scheduler was ridiculous! My family and I just relocated from Atlanta x right before we moved my daughter broke her arm. The hospital bandaged her and she was able to get a cast put on. I was told to contact someone when i got to Jersey to have her cast evaluated to ensure she was healing properly, I called this office. I explained her medicaid issue and that we were waiting for the Medicaid to transfer but she could bill us and I could seek reimbursement. And this lady was extremely rude and snarky, claim she couldnt hear me told me they cant help me and Im just going to have to find someone else. She transferred me to some lady in billing without telling me who was just as rude. She stated we cant bill you that woukd be insurance fraud mam and we are not going to comit fraud for you, you will just need to go back to Atlanta. WTF? These people are ridiculous, if the doctor is as good as his reviews he needs to move to another office because these rude ass people will run all his business away.

Both my husband and I go to Dr. Pollack and he is amazing! He has great bedside manner. He repaired both of our shoulders. He explains everything to you. He lets you know what to expect. I am back to doing everything I could do before surgery if not better. Dr. Pollack said my husbands shoulder was the worst he has ever seen for how young he was. He said that other doctors would have given him a replacement but he made it work! There office is very clean and nice. The staff is very nice as well. After surgery visit wait time was very quick. He even calls you after surgery to check up on you at home. Overall great guy and Doctor. We recommend him to everyone. Not sure if he still has two offices, but when I couldnt make it to Flemington I saw him at the Somerset office.

Ive got a brand new Knee! After a long period of progressively worsening bone-on-bone pain in my right knee, cortisone shots and artificial lubricants that didnt help, I finally decided to have my knee replaced. Dr. Michael Pollack of Hunterdon Othopedic did the surgery and I couldnt be more pleased. Recovery is not without work or pain, but like most things involving the human body, you get results commensurate with the effort you put in. At 3 months, Ive been golfing 5 weeks and have already gone on 2 rough terrain hikes. Dr. Pollack and his staff help provide me with the guidance and encouragement to move my recovery along at a pace that I have been very pleased with. Great job, Doc!

After going for xrays and an MRI, Dr Pollack diagnosed me and gave me several options for treatment. We discussed my history, my lifestyle and together decided on the best course of treatment for me. I never felt rushed with him. He took his time and made sure I understood my diagnoses. The day after my surgery a member of his staff called to see how I was doing The next day (Sunday), Dr. Pollack called himself to be sure I was doing well and feeling comfortable I would and have recommended Dr. Pollack to my family and friends.

Last January I had rotator cuff surgery. Arm was pretty messed up. Dr Pollack did arthroscopic surgery and this summer I was back playing golf with full range of motion. My wife also used Dr Pollack for a knee injury. She walked in on crutches & after an MRI, Dr Pollack did 3 injections, a week apart. After the first one she no longer needed help walking. Dr Pollack is friendly, interested in the patient and truly caring. The office is brand new and beautiful. Short wait time and we never felt rushed.

After eleven months of knee pain a cortisone shot and PT. I reluctantly decided on surgery. My Son who is a physician did the research and told me to see Dr. Pollack. The office is beautiful and the staff is attentive and efficient. Not only is Dr Pollack a gifted surgeon he is a kind and compassionate person .He called me back the same day to answer additional surgery questions . I walked out of the surgical center without crutches.

Dr. Pollack successfully treated my shoulder. He did not jump directly to surgery but tried less evasive procedures. In the end my shoulder is much better (2 months) than before the surgery and continuing to get better. I was recommended by a friend and will recommend him to my friends. His office was clean and inviting and office staff was friendly and helpful.

I have been to this facility twice, both times treated well and in good care. Once for a trauma type injury, Xrays and MRI same visit. Second for what was thought to be carpal tunnel, after a few scans and tests that same visit it turned out to be nerve compression in my elbows, was referred to PT and have been feeling good since.

This place is embarrassing. They are not worth the time and effort. They are much more concerned with the money they make, than they patients they see. For instance, they scheduled me for an appointment. When I got there all they needed was an updated address. But, since it was an "appointment", I was billed for an office visit.

Unfortunately I did not have the chance to see Dr Pollack. The scheduler on shift on April 27 at 2:30 pm in the Flemington office was the rudest person I have ever dealt with. If this is when they want to get your business then you wonder how everything else is.
