This is by far the worst optical place I have ever been to. The girls in the office dont seem to care, they are like ditzy high schoolers. The Dr. that I had complained the whole time that the supplies kept running out and acted like it was such a bother that I was her last appt. I only went here because it was the only place that takes my crappy insurance. I ordered glasses, which give me a headache and dont fit right and when I went back I was told to "give it time and let your eyes adjust". I tried but they are just horrible. The contacts I was given to try I couldnt clearly see the signs on the road while driving home and when I complained they told me to come in for another $75 contact lens evaluation. No thanks. Ill be paying out of pocket to see someone who can actually help me see clearly. Avoid at all costs. Literally costs. When I posted this review I was threatened by the owner of the business. Not the type of people you want to deal with ever!!

Called just to see if they had my brand of contacts in stock and the really smart lady answering the phones told me it was impossible to tell me without seeing the prescription, called another doctors office and the newton walmart and got the info and contacts no Problem since I already had prescription in hand and needed to pick a box up before a business trip. The fact that she was to lazy for any customer service over the phone was upsetting but I didnt mind driving and extra 15 minutes so I didnt have to deal with them.

I brought my elderly mother to the Optical Center and everyone that worked there was nothing but friendly and helpful. My mother was visiting from out of town and had broken her glasses. Not only did they fix them right there for us, but they did not charge us a dime. I was so thrilled with the service, I made my husband and I appointments to get our eyes examined. Excellent service, selection, and the staff will always give you the best deal possible!

My experience at the Hearing Aid Center was incredible. Highly Recommend!!! The NJ Licensed Dispenser, Teresa Paglia, answered every question I had. Once I got home, I had a few more questions, and decided to call a few weeks after I purchased my hearing aids. Teresa, is a godsend as she continues to help me time and time again. God Bless!

Its 2016. The woman who answered the phone stated she could not make an appointment or verify my insurance because she was unsure of what local my insurance was. Wtf? Every doctors office Ive ever been to will verify before you come in. Such a bizarre experience. Taking my business elsewhere I guess!

They want to charge for everything under the sun. I had issues with contacts after only three months, and they wanted to charge me for another sitting fee of 60 dollars. I understand eyes may change, but IMO I thought that was excessive. Ill wear my glasses until its not as dry out.

Had prescription sunglasses made here, they had a distorted area in one lens, these people were almost completely unable or unwilling to understanding the issue.
