Gathering all the review and my personal experience, I must conclude with one thing: They have absolutely NO respect to patients time. It is an understatement to say the least how FRUSTRATING it is to make an appointment. You are lucky if they call you back. If you missed it, you will have to call again and had to go thru the whole waiting and transferring game again. This has happened 5 to 6 times already ; and I still could not get an appointment set for 2 weeks straight of multiple attempts. 1) called.. got answering service after a long wait. 2) answering service transferred me to another scheduling answering service. 3) this answering service said she had to transfer to the scheduling department 4) wait for 17 minutes (one time), 5-6 minutes another time, for other 3 times I gave up waiting. Once someone picked up the phone, I have to wait for a while in order for her to find a slot. Finally after multiple attempts through 2 weeks, I got an appointment with a time slot I have difficulty with. Tried to adjust my personal schedule for it. Unfortunately, I could not . So, Silly me! I tried to call again and hoped to reschedule. Forget that... same cycle! I finally gave up. I am sure the poor answering service lady got the short end of this frustration from many others who tried to call for an appointment. Everyone, I am sure there are other just as good physicians in Somerset / Hunterdon County. We all should go elsewhere so that they know patient time should be respected.

Excellent service but annoying. Great friendly staff and doctors. Making an appointment is PAINFUL, and scheduler will call you back at an UNKNOWN time. Also, doctors seem to know what they are doing but keep making you go back for unnecessary follow-ups. Like Im not stupid that they are smart enough to receive everything via the Internet and review and just call me about the result. Its a waste of time to make a (painful long-time-wait) appointment and show up just to listen to a kinda pre-made (known already) result. Also, NEVER BUY BRACES from there, they will charge you 5 TIMES regular retail items found on Amazon or Walgreens. I know that is how they make money, but this is ridiculous. Please fix your service because people are not stupid.

My experience with the practice itself has been fine, but making an appointment is disgracefully inefficient and a complete waste of patients time. Here is the process: 1. Call Practice and Select Scheduling 2. Scheduling Routes your call to an outside call center. 3. Call center takes your info and says the practice will call you back. 4. Practice calls back with an appointment. If you miss the call back, you have to repeat this process. I cannot always get to the phone at work, and I have repeated these steps more times than I care to mention before getting an appointment. This is a new procedure, and it is one that needs to end immediately. I will be finding a new Ortho practice because of it.

I have seen a neurologist in this place on a Saturday and this doctor gave me a referral to be tested at another location. I tried making an appointment after 2 week chase they told me that they couldnt make an appointment for me because I had no head injury or a stroke and they would work with my neurologist! 2 months later heard nothing back. I still have my symptoms !! This place sucks!! So much phone tagging and etc. people dont waste your time !! They totally suck and they even billed my insurance for nothing.

Total disregard to your time... 4:15 scheduled appointment and did not get into exam room until 4:50 and when I questioned them they blamed the needy patients prior to me. No apologies but heavy attitude by nurse and Dr. Collalto. Who BTW says he owns the group and that there in no one higher to discuss my concerns then him. At that point he could not have cared less about my herniated C6, C7 disc. My suggestion is to find another Orthopedic...

THE WORSE MEDICAL PRACTICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. APPT WAS FOR 1240 WAITED TWO HRS AND WAS SEEN BY NENNA WHO WAS THE RUDEST PERSON PERIOD NEVEMIND A DOCTOR. IMHAVE BEEN GOING FOR TWO MONTHS AND AM NO CLOSER TO A DIAGNOSIS. I HAVE BEEN ON CRUTCHES AND IN 8 OUT OF 10 SCALE OF PAIN. AS FAR AS THEY ARE CONCERNED I SHOULD CONTINUE 1800 MGS OF IBUPROFEN INDEFINITELY. STAY AWAY FAR FAR AWAY....

Stay away from the spine surgeon DOC COL.. You will will wind up needing another surgery to correct his mistakes. From actual experience. RUN. There are two new Docs out of Bridgewater, neck and back and sports, they are AMAZING. Pain management with Doc. S. Always positive.

All I have to say is that was the biggest waste of my time! Dr.Collato asked me what I want him to do. This was in regards to 4 herniated bulging discs in my back. I said youre the doctor. Then I left. Big waste of time. Dont bother with these rude people.
