AVOID AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of other urgent cares in the area. I waited over an hour for them to tell me that they couldnt help me. I am assuming it was an office manager or someone of the like who tried to make all sorts of excuses including that the receptionist was new (even thought the person training him was there the entire time and not new). She also tried to blame the reason why it took them an hour to tell me on the fact that they are a busy urgent care facility. It was NOT busy at all. There were two people in front of me and only one other person waiting. There was absolutely no reason why it should have taken them an HOUR to realize that there was some sort of issue on their end in which they could not help me. Absolutely unacceptable. Right off the bat I told them that I could go to minute clinic in Chatham and they reassured me that they could help me and even took my payment. So after an hour of waiting for absolutely no reason, I ended up at minute clinic after all. I just wish I would have gone there from the start. I will never go back to this place ever again. And the customer service is horrendous.

Just horrible. Had a very simple issue that wouldnt go away with time, so I just needed someone to write a basic prescription. Came here because I figured "Doctors Express" implies something quick and simple. They make you pay as soon as you walk in so youre committed. Now youre stuck with them regardless of what comes after. Took an HOUR to see someone who wasnt even the doctor, only to have to wait longer after the completely unnecessary nurse exam. Had the simplest issue; just needed anyone to write this prescription. Keep in mind this was not a busy place. There were two other people there in the entire time (over an hour) I was waiting. Once they have your copay, they dont care what happens after. Awful.

Awful - The doctor I saw was completely clueless, only ever checked my vitals... he did not even check the medical issue I had gone there about. When I called a few days later to ask for a renewal of my prescription since the issue had not been resolved with the medication they prescribed me, they told me I needed to come in to see the doctor so he could have a look at it again. The doctor didnt care to look at it the first time I was in, why would I pay you to not look at it again? Never ever going back here.

I use Drs Express as my PCP most of the time & they never let me down. This past week I was sicker than I have ever remember being & they were right on the money w/ meds & antibiotics. They followed up a few days later w/ a courtesy call to see how I was feeling. As far as Im concerned, when Im sick, its Drs Express! And I hardly ever have a long wait as I normally wd in these types of places:) Its a convenient place to go where you know youll get treated accurately & professionally!

Front desk male rep was quite unfriendly and appeared to be stoned or heavily hung over. Him as well as the nurse did not come across very professional, caring or friendly. Suggest you find another place.
