The doctor is nice and knowledgeable but his staff is HORRIBLE. They are in your face rude and confrontational. They lack professionalism and courtesy. My prescriptions always get held up and they act like they are doing you a favor when trying to get it rectified. Also their electronic systems for prescriptions do not work and it doesnt seem like they plan to get it fixed anytime soon.

Doctor is just awesome and knowledgeable but the Staff have no clue. They have been scheduling my sleep study for months now. I had to call several times and still no one has scheduled the sleep study yet. Staff especially one in May street office is very rude and not responsible at all.

The Dr. is great, his staff is as rude and arrogant as they come. My wife left their May St. Location in tears. How dare they treat people with such disrespect. We will never go back. In fairness, the Dr. should oversee his staff...so he too is guilty.

Dr. Nizam is a superb Doctor and is well knowledge in his profession of Neurology. Most Doctors need time to refer or honor any request for records that may be needed. Neurologists are far more busy than some Doctors are.

Doctor is great 5 stars. His staff sucks. Clueless, rude , have no idea whats going on. Idiots. he needs to fire everyone and rehire a whole new staff.
