Outstanding emergency appointment at Oradell! When we picked up our dog, Honey ( who looked shiny & beautiful), from a grooming at Puppy Love, the groomer/owner alerted us with some concern that when brushing her teeth, she seemed very sensitive in a back tooth and also that her anal glands seemed full. We had told her to look at the glands but if any problem, not to express. Honey didnt give us any indication about either problem before this. Thank goodness that she noticed this and told us! We were very worried and new to the area so we called the nearby Oradell Animal Hospital and explained all. They fit us in to see Dr. Lee just a bit later for an appointment the same day. Dr. Lee did a full examination. She was pleasant, thorough and we felt our dog was in expert hands. Not only were her anal glands severely impacted but more worrisome was that the Vet said that one of her back teeth was indeed broken & she was probably in significant pain. She showed us the tooth in a iPhoto and explained what she going on carefully and explicitly. Dr Lee gave her a 14 day supply of antibiotics, pain meds, instructions to us about what she can eat, ran a blood panel and helped us set her up surgery so Honey could be seen as soon as possible with a dental Vet specialist. What could be better or with expert attention than this? Thank you Oradell, thank you Dr. Lee and thank you PuppyLove Grooming in Ft Lee.

Dr. Parker was my little Cocos vet. She was so kind and compassionate. I had Coco Jack Russell /Beagle since she was 8 months old. She lived to be 18. I had to put her to sleep last month. It was the hardest thing I ever had to do. I just had her sedated so she was calm. I couldnt watch her having to be completely put to sleep. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Dr. Angelo took care of her when she was a pup. After Coco passed they made me a mold of her two paw prints. I didnt want her ashes. This was more meaningful. I also received a lovely sympathy card from Dr. Parker and the Fort Lee staff. It meant so much to me. If and when I decide to get another dog. Oradell Hospital in Fort Lee will definately be my Vet Hospital. God Bless.

Just moved to NJ and the annual for the dog was due so I took her in. Was shocked when the well dog checkup and standard immunization and prophylactic meds took $500 out of my pocket. Elsewhere in the country this has cost me half in my experience. Had to return to office to repeat procedure because it wasnt completed properly the first time. To add insult, they would not send me a prescription for the meds after numerous emails requesting it. I ultimately gave up and purchased the meds there. When I fussed about the cost, they removed the rebate forms from the meds and sent me on my way. Last time, plenty of other options.

found a kitty on the road it got injured spine I took this poor thing to this hospital and doctor and staffs were very concerned Kitty didnt make it but later I found out vets dont get paid for those doctor even called me next day for follow-up again I found that kitty on the road they are sweet people

Everyone at Oradell Vet Group is a joy to be around! We are so lucky they are right down the road as it cuts down on the stress of taking our cats for an appointment. Oradell of Fort Lee is truly the best. Dr. DeSantis is amazing! He really cares about my pet, is so kind, and explains everything you need to know. I feel very confident bringing my pet to Oradell Animal Hospital. While I know I may pay more, its worth the great service and peace of mind.

Very mixed feelings about this place. Some staff members should really do their reasearch or not actually offer something that has to be ultimately approved by a senior staff/doctor. I prefer their main hospital in Paramus, though it takes me twice as long to get there.

I appreciate the friendly atmosphere. Both the front desk staff and in room staff were personable and very patient with our crazy puppy. Also, the sign in our room welcoming us to our first visit was such a lovely touch.
