We just moved to the area and we needed to take our 9 yr old cat to the vet for a bad skin rash. I was very nervous about visiting a new vet, but we had not choice. I was very impressed and pleased. We saw Dr. Matthew Krupnick. He was very attentive and caring. He asked several times whether I had any questions (turned out to be feline acne). I did not feel rushed or pressured into unnecesary/expensive tests. The nursing and front desk staff was also very nice. Another area vet in Fort Lee was recommended, but Englewood was MUCH more reasonably priced. I took my cats to a very pricey Manhattan vet when we lived there. Englewood was more reasonably priced and the standard of care/bedside manner was absolutely comparable.

They screwed up an entire day. Scheduled me into the wrong office by mistake, the office I went to was closed. Basically forced me to take a day off for nothing. Thanks! Check twice with their scheduling, they screwed me over so much it made me switch to another vet!
