Dr. Micale cared for my pet for sixteen and a half years. She was caring and informative, always offering information on every option available before determining a course of treatment. She always goes the extra mile! She is diligent about researching all possible sources of trouble when caring for your pet. She never recommends treatments that arent warranted! She is a wonderful, caring doctor and person. I never found anyone else who was as thorough, knowledgeable, and dedicated -- and I tried! I moved over an hour away and tried 5 other vets at various times. Not one was as capable at managing my pets complicated health history as Dr. Micale proved herself to be for years! I would recommend her as the best vet I have had the privilege to encounter! Having said that, the front desk sometimes leaves something to be desired. The medical care, however, more than makes up for the occasional inconvenience.

I have been using Cresskill Animal Hospital for the past 5 years since moving local to the area. Not only are they fairly priced but their facility is clean. I found so many vet clinics to be dirty and this was such a pleasant change. They always try to get you in for an appointment in a pinch and the staff is always courteous. Love working with Dr. Ilia and Dr. Arns. They are honest and work with integrity above and beyond the norm. They truly love and care for your animals. Being greeted by Pat and Karen at the front desk during the day is always a pleasure Charlie the office manager is a sweetheart and a shout out to Candace, Amanda, Erica and all the rest of the staff who have helped me and my husband and I care for our 9 dogs and 3 rabbits. Great office hours for those who work. Cant say enough!

I visited three different vets before settling on Cresskill and I couldnt be happier. All of the doctors have always shown great care and love for my German Shepherds, as well as their vet techs, who see my dog for her personality and not her breed. They have answered my questions over the phone numerous times without making me come into the office if its something they know can be handled at home. And they always follow up after my dog has been seen for anything out of the ordinary. Their prices are very reasonable compared to most others in the area and they truly care about the well-being of your pet!

Dr. Arns was so good with my sugar gliders. Since moving to upstate NY, I really have not been able to find a vet who delivers the same quality care. She also has patience for many questions, and also asked me all the questions I would hope to hear from a vet speaking with any sugar glider owner. She is also more knowledgeable about appropriate diets than the vets I have encountered in upstate NY, who seem to think pelleted diets sold in stores are actually appropriate for these animals (very disturbing).

I have been using the Cresskill Animal Hospital for over 16 years. Everyone working at the animal hospital really cares about your pets. They greet your pet by name, always inquire how you and your pet are doing. Any time I have called with a question or concern I have always received a prompt answer. The Vets always offer alternatives to treatment if any are available and are very professional yet down to earth and caring. I would never consider using another animal hospital for my pets.

I have been bringing my miniature poodle, Marla, to Cresskill for many years. Marla has many, many issues and both Dr. Elia and Dr. Ashley have helped my dog tremendously. They are thorough, patient and explain everything to me. The staff is courteous and do their best to make appoitments for me when needed. The hospital is clean. I like that they are assisting Claws in Closter. I would highly recommend Cresskill Animal Hospital!!!!!!

Dr. Elia and her team are wonderful! The office is clean and inviting with 2 large spacious waiting rooms. The staff are nurturing, kind, and gentle with all our pets. We have been using Cresskill Animal Hospital for years! They are honest with what is needed for the pet and what is not necessary. The follow up is great as well, with phone calls, reminders etc. I will continue to use them for years!

We took our dog to get looked at for a cough she had. She was misdiagnosed and given the wrong medication for an enlarged heart. She almost died over night. Dont take your pet here. They only care about your money, not your pet. The doctor even scared us to make us believe our pet will die at any moment. I went for a second opinion at another fantastic animal hospital and shes doing great.

From the front desk staff to the vets we couldnt love our vet office more! Its all about the animals... not so much about making money as Ive seen at other places. It feels like everyone there is a true animal lover and always so friendly! Were grateful for Cresskill Animal Hospital!

We have been bringing our cats to Cresskill Animal Hospital for 7 years now. The doctors are compassionate and supportive. The care is excellent and it is easy to get an appointment. I also love that they do so much to support a local animal rescue group, CLAWS!

Just read a horrific story on FB posted by a family members friend who said this vet refused to see a potentially dying dog because its hours were ending. This is FOUL behavior from a veterinary practice. Do NOT take your dogs here.
