It was my first time at Dental Care Hillsborough, I had been seeing my previous dentist for 15 years! The only reason why I even thought to switch was because my sister started working for this location and had mentioned to me how great of an experience it would be for me. I have had chronic issues with my teeth for years and tend to have a lot of anxiety regarding my procedures. I was scheduled with Dr. Yeh and he was nothing short of amazing. He took the time to go over my teeth with me, point out what needed to be worked on and made sure I thoroughly understood what he was going to be doing. Before he even started anything on my teeth he made sure someone from the front desk came in and sat with me in the treatment room to go over the cost of everything that would happen. I am used to not fully understanding what is going on or what it will cost me until the treatment is already completed. This team worked together to keep me, the patient, in the loop so I knew what was going on. Catherine came back, introduced herself as the treatment planner, and broke down everything that would be done, and how much it would cost, as well as payment options that they had. I had only booked for a consult on a broken tooth, and Catherine told me we could get started right away and there was no need for me to even come back. Dr. Yeh was amazing, gentle, and calm, walking me through everything step by step. Best part of the whole experience was hands down Helga. She met me in the waiting area, walked me back to my treatment room, explained everything she was going to do step by step. She was going to be taking my ex rays and I think everyone can agree these are one of the worst parts of the dental experience. She was quick, patient and gentle, making sure I was comfortable and distracted while she went about her job. I got to watch TV on the flat screen in the treatment room, which also helped me take my mind off what was going on around me. And Helga even gave me a goody bag to go home with and thanked me for choosing their office. I was the last person to leave the dentist office last night at almost 9pm and not one person made me feel like they were waiting on me or that I was rushed in any way. If every dentist treated their patients the way this office does Im sure dentists would not have such anxiety ridden patients! Hands down best experience I have ever had with a dentists office, and I can only say thank you!

I highly and enthusiastically recommend Dental Care Hillsborough! Each and every experience I have had there has been positive, smooth, easygoing and pleasant. While I would venture to say that most people rather dread the thought of visiting their dentist; to the contrary, I can honestly say that I genuinely look forward to visiting Dental Care Hillsborough. From the get-go, when I initially visited the office for emergency reasons that required a root canal and crown, I was treated with kindness, consideration and professionalism at all times. Dr. Hochstein immediately addressed my emergency situation with confidence, complete and ongoing success. To this day I admire, respect and applaud him for his excellence, perfectionism and attention to every detail of care that he provides. He is most definitely my dentist of absolute choice! The teeth cleanings and care provided by other staff members has also been exemplary. Furthermore, the office management, scheduling and billing staff is of a high-level, completely efficient, professional, helpful and competent. I absolutely recommend Dental Care Hillsborough, and certainly speak for my husband and myself in saying that well continue to drive the 45 minutes each way to utilize their services--because theyre the BEST!

Dental Care Hillsborough saved my life! I made an appointment and was seen the next day, after returning from Florida with a major toothache. It was so painful I just wanted to die!! My first consultation Trudie was so comforting and informative that my frequent travelling via airplane had caused my two lil cavities to intensify quickly. Who new? I was told that my prescription would be called into my pharmacy. As I was standing in line at the pharmacy I hear somebody calling my name and it was the receptionist, Eddie. He had walked my prescription to the pharmacy to give it to me because he couldnt get through on the phone. Amazing!! In 2015, so awesome that he cared enough to walk the prescription to me. My visit was on a Wednesday and my extraction took place that Friday morning on one tooth. Dr. Choi and his assistant were absolutely amazing. He kept complimenting me on how strong I was and he smelled Great! He was very concerned with my comfort because I was in a lot of pain. He made sure that I was fully numb because I have what they call "hot nerve" or "hyper nerve." Ive scheduled a root canal with Dr. Choi for my 2nd tooth and weird to say, Im looking forward to it!! The staff is phenomenal! I had horrible tooth pain and needed to see a dentist ASAP. Id never been here before, and they were able to get me in the same day (on a Saturday afternoon). I ended up needing an emergency root canal that day and Fernanda, Dr. Rajput, and the woman in the office were wonderful and all stayed over an hour late to explain my options & costs, and perform the work. I was so impressed after that first visit with how friendly everyone was and how they really went above and beyond, and showed genuine concern for the pain I was in. Since then, Ive been back for other appointments and have had a great experience every time. Annabella was my hygienist and really took care in doing my cleanings. She was very nice and made sure I was comfortable. In addition to the exceptional staff, the office is clean and comfortable with TVs over every chair, and they really seem to have their internal operations down to a science to keep everything running smoothly. Overall, this office and its staff has more than exceeded my expectations!

Its no secret that visiting the dentist can be daunting for many people...myself included, but Dental Care of Hillsborough did a wonderful job of immediately alleviating my concerns. I was greeted warmly on the phone when I scheduled the appointment. Secondly, the fact they offer so many appointments after work or on weekends was great for me considering my work schedule. When I arrived at the office I was introduced to a beautiful, new facility and a great group of people. Thankfully, after having my teeth cleaned & meeting the Dr. I didnt have a lot of problem areas, just one filling; but they took the time to listen to my questions & clearly explain the procedure, how my insurance worked, etc.. I really couldnt ask for more from my dentist. Im 40 years old and having relocated a few times in my career, Ive been to many dental offices in my life. Dental Care of Hillsborough is a great example of what a dental practice should be in 2013 & beyond.

Everyone on the staff, from the front desk, xray tech, hygienist, and the dentist, made me feel welcome in my first visit to the dentist in many years. Dr. Rajput and her team treated me like a friend and a peer, all while giving me actionable ways to improve my home care. The online appointment request was a snap; so convenient to set up and easy to find a date that works. When I needed a filling that day, they fit me in right away no problem. Their technology is also impressive. Flat screen TVs at every chair are not just for entertainment when having teeth cleaned. They are also connected to a computer to bring up xrays, live video from a small camera inside the mouth, or anything. It was definitely eye-opening to literally see in between my teeth. Going to the dentist never made me anxious before, but neither was it engaging. Dental Care Hillsborough actually has me looking forward to my next visit.
