Ive been a Sparta native. Are you going to another dentist OR going to get ripped off for an implant? STOP! Bad teeth run in my family. Dentists end up becoming my best friends. Because of business, I moved frequently and unfortunately couldnt always stay with one dentist or oral surgeon. In any event, this practice is a 5 Star Class Act. I rarely give reviews to anyone especially putting my name behind it. But Dr. Jonathan and his staff deserve it. I was VERY concerned that he charged $2,000 for an implant and crown. They are not made in China nor are they cheaply made. I asked him to show me the unsealed box of my implant screw because I wanted to know it was made in the US and see the materials. He showed me the box and had no problem with me keeping the SKU for the screw as well as the box. When my crown finally arrived I couldnt believe it. Ive had other implants and the severe pain. With Dr. Jonathan - you dont even need pain medication. Unless you suffer from anxiety, this would be the time to take such medication. But his procedures are painless. Additionally he did one cracked tooth for me in record time, no Novocain and he did it so perfect that he only had to touch-up one time. Never have experience talent like this in my life. I have not been paid or given anything special to write this. When a doctor offers a service and personally I think he is getting passed up by people in Sparta especially - I hope this reaches you. Even a cleaning, genera dentistry and of course the $2000 implant. And yes you really get all U.S. made material - the implant and crown. I was scared it might of been a hustle but even if I leave Sparta, I will always come back to Dr. Jon unless it is a painful emergency. This doctor is that good period. Also his dental rooms arent typical...they are all decorated Manhattan style and they even blast your favorite music to take your mind off what they are doing. It is a complete class act from administration to the end result. Feel free to mention my name and again I am not getting a commission but this doctor deserves the business.

A few days back I found myself on Dr. Ryan’s dentist’s chair. I belong to a large group (I suspect) of adult men who when it comes to dental work, lose any resemblance of calm and logic and simply dread the experience (Probably due to childhood trauma which sustained itself through many dentists). I am not kidding, tell me I need to go to the dentist for any reason at all, and the knot in my stomach wakes up and says “hello friend”. Well, I’ve found the dentist that put a stop to that! Wow! From the moment my wife and I walked into Dr. Ryan’s office in Sparta the experience was profoundly different. The office is high end and beautiful, but the people are even more so, beginning with Marietta, who was the utmost professional, kind, and understanding when setting up the appointment. Dr. Ryan is simply on another level of dentistry. Easily leagues above any dentist I’ve visited before, definitely a “big league” dentist. From the moment we shook hands, I knew I was indeed in good hands. Dr. Ryan exudes confidence, calmness, and compassion, and those are matched by his competence. UNBELIEVABLE! I had an extraction (is there any scarier dental procedure?) and an implant placed at the same appointment. If I tell you ZERO pain, would you believe me? If I tell you that for the first time in thirty five years I didn’t “white knuckle” the chair, would you know what I mean? Coming out of the procedure, both my wife and the administrative assistant looked at me with raised eyebrows and asked: “Are you smiling?” I think I have finally had a “corrective experience”. I used to say that dentistry is a thankless career. Well, Dr. Ryan, here is one big thank you! I whole heartedly recommend Dr. Ryan and his staff. We will definitely be back. I never thought that I would be able to rekindle my faith in dentists. That is, not until I met Dr Jonathan and his wonderful Staff at the Sparta location of The Center for Dental Excellence. While I like to think that I am fairly intelligent individual, it had been far too many years since I had visited a dentist, or at least gotten past the initial examination. All of this, unfortunately was due to a traumatic experience which had stayed with me through the years. Dr. Jonathan certainly had his work cut out for himself when we agreed to move forward to what would be total reconstruction of my dental work and ultimately has provided me with the confidence to smile openly and often. He and his staff went above and beyond to accomplish this with a modicum of trauma on my part, and even set aside a Sunday to do all of the work at once. Dental pain can be mind-numbing bur admittedly, after all the significant work done, I was able to cope with just a few Advils for a day or two thereafter. My friends are amazed and compliments are still coming my way. I wondered why I hadnt done this before, but then I recognized that I hadnt found the right dentist until Dr. Jonathan! I shall always be indebted to him and his staff - they have certainly brought a smile to my face!

My husbands experience with Dr Ryan has been nothing short of amazing! We put our trust in him. He and his awesome staff has made us feel very comfortable along the way. We were very happy thru the entire process of full mouth reconstruction (this included root canals, implant and caps on all teeth, etc) The final results are better than we hoped for and we are so happy with the work Dr Ryan has done! He truely has and continues to go ABOVE and BEYOND what we expected!! Thank you! We have since starting using him for the entire family including our children for our general dentistry needs, couldnt be happier!

What a great visit! This dentist is what I have been looking for. I see myself coming here for all of my dental work. Its clean and friendly and most importantly, my appointment was pain free. I am a big baby when it comes to my teeth. Simple cleaning is a big ordeal for me. The hygienist was very nice and gentle! I would recommend a friend.
