Im very desapointed with office, the front desk staff not well trained, i call to make an appointment i told the person in the phone it was 3 diffrent test to be done try to read them to her, she scheduale me, when the day came me ready for the test with 36 oz of water in my bladder, the lady in front desk said oh no this cant not be done today, i was like what, ok i give her the doctors order n she said ok settle for the next appointment, she set me the wrong day even though i explain my situation of irregular, i got my mestrual cicle, call again and let them know, they reschedule me again, the day came me ready, they call to cansel my appointment, unbelievable i try to explain all at the end she got me to talk with office director and he solve it all for me, the next appointment come, test was done, i spoke to doctor and im going to reschedule my OBG appointment for tomorrow, he said no I want the doctor to have this tomorrow ill rush it to ur OBG, next got to my appointment results were not there, so this was my bad expirience with this office never again, although the technician was very helpul And informative

This place is horrible! I dont recommend it to anyone. The staff is ghetto; they speak to you very unprofessional. Nasty attitudes and displays. As I sat there and waited to be called by the tech I over heard how one of the young ladies spoke to a pt on the phone and used profanity. Not to mention the tech I think her name was Mindy, she was another snobby nasty individual. I dont know who hires people like these who work for this place but someone needs to do some serious cleaning in that place. Let alone organize the front area where they work. Its disgusting and it looks so filthy and ghetto! Never again will I go there.

Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful facility!! They have a truly kind-hearted, warm staff that will serve you coffee upon arrival and answer any questions you may have. A+ for Hoboken Radiology! Thank you for all of your help!!
