Doctor is good personally but the way she handles your case is the worst ever. Cons: too much guessing or trial/error, I couldnt risk my child with her guessing, they need your co-pay irrespective of what your insurance says, she neither answers your call nor returns clear messages, only some assistants take note and they call back for a physical visit; again you know where that goes, you are not allowed to ask too many questions/doubts and I can pen down many but I will stop my fury here. Pros: Close to your location, easy access, responds well initially, works better for few others, and neat. Overall not very satisfied.

I have been going here for 4 years and the doctor is great, however the office staff has been so rude these past 6 months. If it doesnt improve I will be switching doctors
