I took my children there for about a year. Dr. Elkholy prescribed my daughter a steroid inhaler after she was hospitalized for an asthma attack. She got seriously ill for 4 months with sore throat and high fever and missed many days of school. Sadly it was I who figured out what was wrong with her. I told the boss dr I was angry about this and I guess she didnt like it. She had us wait in the room 45 minutes while she sat with someone in her office talking. There were no other patients there. I saw the dr when I took my daughter for a drink of water. Then a few minutes later when she needed to use the bathroom, the door to her office was closed. That was the 3rd time she made us wait like that. One we waited over an hour and a half. The office staff is very nice except for the one who likes to eavesdrop outside of the exam room. To be fair, I like the way they dont freely prescribe antibiotics and steroids. Theyre great with supplying u with a Dr note when needed, and they get u back to the room quickly. And dr. Razzak, who is the owner was very kind when he took care of my daughter another time she was hospitalized. Very understanding about her anxiety. Unfortunately he is always at their other location and thats the only time I saw him. We are no longer with them.

Love, love this doctor....Visited the doctor to address a brief illness today and to consider Dr. Neveen Elkholy as my new regular physician for me and my children. Was pleasantly surprised as there was no wait time, the staff was efficient and friendly, and the doctor was compassionate, considerate and thorough. Was given much time to voice my concerns and ask questions, while the doctor gave me her full attention. Especially liked her conservative approach in terms of treatment, and her desire to act as a team going forward. Will be going back, and so far, would highly recommend!

Short wait time and the nicest doctors, nurses, and receptionists. They actually care, unlike some other doctors we have been to. Extremely knowledgeable and make you feel like family. Really love this place and the people here!
