Dr. Altshuler is amazing! She was extremely thorough on our first visit and continues to give my son top of the line care. He has special medical needs and she is always well versed in his chart and all of his hospital records before we come to the office. We never wait in the waiting room and the staff has always been excellent as well. We need a lot of referrals for our insurance and all the therapies he needs and they are always quick to respond and efficient. We have been thrilled with the care there.

I experienced longer delays in answering my call for simple questions - nothing to do with Doctors, they are ok. The front desk support really horrible. Just for getting answer for simple question, I waited for 20 minutes on-hold. My question was "when are you going to send my bill?" Can someone put more feedback what they are experiencing - I am very unsatisfied.

Same experience... Dr Altshuler is wonderful but I dont appreciate getting the out of office message on the phone half an hour after they are supposed to be open. They need to get their act together or get more front office staff.
