This is a review for the Dermatology and Skin Cancer Center, NOT Dr. Christopher B. Kruse, but this seems to be the only place to leave a review. Today I had the first appointment of the day (so I could be to work on time), but after 25 minutes, never saw the doctor and the staff did not seem concerned or inclined to help. They didnt even seem surprised, which made me feel like this was a common occurrence, although they said that Dr. Cannon was usually on time - after I asked. Their biggest issue was that they didnt know how to process the refund for my copay, not about making it right. (or, finding Dr. Cannon, who was MIA) Now Ive just wasted my time and energy - waiting for the appointment to happen, getting up early to be there on time and now, I have to find a new dermatologist. *** Its been all day and no one has called to apologize for the the no show of the Doctor....

I have been impressed with both the level of care, and how modern the treatment is with Dr Kruses office. They have the nicest people from the front desk, through the care providers, the PA Patty, and everyone really makes you feel welcome, and they give a high quality of care. Stephen

Dr. Kruse has been my dermatologist for years. He is amazing! He is so attentive to detail and so good at what he does. I wouldnt trust anyone else with my skin. You couldnt find a better doctor or surgeon!
