If this review was solely based on Dr. Kharkover I would give him 10 stars. However his office manager is very unfriendly, uninviting, not welcoming and very rude. She does not listen instead she tries to over talk you and also becomes irrate when speaking with you if you approach a situation different than what she does. She makes me feel unwanted as a patient. Everytime I bring any one of my children she ALWAYS find an excuse as to them not to be seen. Ive only been taking my children here since October 2016 and EVERYTIME besides the first time she has given me problems. There was even an incident where Dr. Kharkover had to step in and console me after she had given me an issue again trying to stop my child from being seen. Again her customer service SUCKS and if it wasnt for her I would give this office a 10.
