Let me begin with the positives...you will always be able to get an appointment quite quickly and the majority of the staff is very friendly. The office was also clean. My negative experience began with the very first visit when I was led to tears by Dr. Shin after berating this first time mother as my exclusively breast fed baby lost "too much weight" and was dehydrated. When we had asked her if we can spoon feed him the formula she insisted we supplement with her reply was that this was not a time for games. She only softened her approach after she found me crying. After the second weight check she referred me for a consult with the lactation specialist. I kept the appointment and took a liking to the nurse practitioner. Subsequently I had ran into several breast feeding issues for which I continued to see her. It was not until several months later that I discovered MY lactation issues were being billed as doctor visits under my son. Their explanation was that my son was their patient and they always tended to him and I always came in with complaints regarding him (the baby is fussing at the breast, the baby is refusing the breast, etc). Additionally I later discovered that I was misdiagnosed with an oversupply and their suggestions caused an under supply which took me over a month to correct. Despite the fact that according to them I was never their patient, they had no qualms charging me $10 a pop for some bogus post partum questionnaire.

Receptionists are impatient and rude, but the Docs and Nurses are ok. I never really enjoyed any of my experiences in the waiting room, because of the staff. As if I enjoy bringing my kid for a sick visit or shots, they are gonna be snotty and obnoxious too? Dont even get me started on their phone manners! After missing my appt by an hour and getting blamed its was my fault for not knowing the time (she was incorrect because I had a card she wrote the time on and brought it in to show her, she would not admit that it was her human error of typing the wrong time into her computer and writing the real time on my card, the time I arrived for) I asked once, as most new moms do, if they did reminder phone calls for appts. like some drs. do and she snapped at me,"NO, WE DONT DO THAT" as if that was a waste of time. If they would get their ducks in a row I wouldnt have missed it and be charged for their error and wouldnt have wasted HER time! So horrible Im glad we moved and left that office.

Dr. Moskowitz and his staff are true professionals, and have only provided my daughter with the most wonderful care. They are warm and friendly, and happy to answer any questions. Dr. Moskowitz is extremely thorough and is able to really help any mother feel at ease. He is kind and caring, and it is apparent that he has a real concern for his patients. He is always available if we have any questions, and if/when my daughter is ever sick we are able to bring her into the office to be seen that day. The walk-in hours are especially helpful in these types of situations. I would recommend this pediatrician to anyone, really a great doctor!

When I was looking for a peditrician while I was pregnant, I crossed this doctor off b/c the receiptionist was being so rude, I didnt have good impression. After my baby was born, my friend suggested Dr. Moskowitz again, and I thought maybe I gave it a try, so I called the office, its a such disappointment, again. The lady I talked to was so impatient, and it feels like she cannot wait to get off the phone, and at one point I almost wanted to tell her that I was not interested in already by talking to her!! But I didnt, b/c of my friend, I want to give it a try. So Ill see the doctor to see if its worth before I decide...

The administration is terrible - I cannot tell you how many times I have waited in the waiting room for 1/2 hour only to be placed in a tiny exam room to wait for another 45 minutes for the doctor. And we all know how toddlers love to wait in a doctor's office, right? It makes the whole experience extremely stressful for parents. I am on time for appointments - why can't they be? I blame this in the administrative staff.

<br/>Dr. Visci is good, though. As for Dr. Moskowitz, he talks at you, not with you.

Dr. Moskowitz is not only a doctor by profession, but it is clearly his passion as well. He has treated myself, my wife, and son on numerous occasions, and his knowledge about all things medicine is both impressive and tremendously helpful. Additionally, Ive come across many people from Dr. Moskowitzs community and have come away with an overwhelmingly positive response. People who know him trust him. It is clear that he takes great joy and pride in using his knowledge to help people in need.

Not only is Dr. Moskowitzs office warm and comforting, When I call in and have question regarding my sons well being they make sure I get an answer from the Doctor as soon an possible or usually immediately. I never had to wait longer than 7 minutes to see the doctor. And when I do get in to the room I get full undevided attention and he goes over EVERYTHING. I am always amazed, and have always left the office feeling confident about my sons well being.

Weve been going to the Pediatric Center for 9 years to Dr. Moskowitz and his fellow doctors - Dr. Chin, Dr. Visci & Dr. Shih. All of them are great doctors. They always take the time to answer all our questions. The nursing staff is also very friendly. My boys especially love Dr. Moskowitz. He makes them laugh even when theyre sick. We highly recommend them.

Dr. Moskowitz is simply the best pediatrician I have come across. We live far away in central jersey but dont mind travelling extra miles just for him to see our daughter. He is very knowledgeable and shows extra care for his little patients. All other doctors are very good as well as the nurses and other staff. A truly 5-STAR service.

Great pediatrician. Has been the doctor for my 3 children since they were born and am extremely satisfied with Dr. Moskowitzs knowledge of medicine and the standard of care he provides. Wouldnt go anywhere else.
