This is one of the worst pediatric hospital i have ever seen. Service is very bad they always look for insurance insurance insurance. Please think why I was insisting on insurance. First thing when we consult a doctor they request for insurance I agree but still once they have the details they should not ask every time. Funny part is they will deduct the co-payment first and then will give an appointment or allow you inside (Indian mentality this will never go away from an Indian mind even we go to another new world because there is no trust). Second part is I did not even met the doctor what they did was just took the kids details(height, weight and blood pressure). When I told that I am holding the same insurance for which I changed my company they said we cannot do wealth checkup. First of all I called them for my kid vaccination and general doctor visit just to speak with the doctor. Except doctor I met every one and they told me that you cannot do wealth check-up for second time with the same insurance, fine leave it at least they should allow the doctor to meet and seek the kid and listen to the concerns which was never done. Simply they charged me $35 (I am not concerned about money try to understand the sad part of it I never met doctor.) and they said check with insurance and take another appointment for vaccination/general visit. Is this the way you behave with customer. Doctor never tried to meet the patient and try to understand what is the concern. I do respect the professionalism and work they do but give respect and focus on what you are trying. There is an Indian receptionist who is so so so so busy that she is eating and working which is great service which I should appreciate. Finally just by taking the weight, blood pressure and height details of my kid they made it as sick visit and they charged me. At least they should tell me that you cannot do the wealth checkup once again however you can still consult the doctor and tell your concerns.

My Two children have been coming here for the past 4 years now Im very pleased with her and the staff they are wonderful. There concerns and they always ask whats going on and how they can help the doctor will do her best to treat your child and if she is unsure of what is wrong she will put you through to a specialist or someone who can better serve you she doesnt pretend to know everything and she truly cares about your children and it is not just a paycheck to her . so very kind theyre friendly they dont excessively charge you or hit you with fees . And no matter what your religious beliefs or how you feel they will still respect your wishes and work with you

best service I have ever come across.I brought a big thick record from another Doctor and Dr Dravid with her excellent nurse translated everything and gave me back on the same day.I am very happy esp the staff is very cooperative,always smiling and they go out of their way to help us.Esp her Spanish nurse ,always accommodates us at the last moment.Doctor is very patient and always looks happy.BEST>>>>>

I take both of my sons here ever since Ive moved to Piscataway for past one year. Dr. Anjana Dravid is by far the best pediatrician I have seen! Always with a smiley face, very helpful, answering all my question on or off duty, friendly behavior with not only kids but us parents. Highly recommend her.

This is the most un-organuzed business i have seen. I would never want to go there again. Jannet Rodriguez is working in the front today. She seems crazy or on some weared drug. And she is very rude. I can not trust her with my childs medical information or medical bills.

I take my son to Dr. Dravid and my son loves her. He will look for any excuse just to see her because she is so friendly and kind to my son. I also love her as my sons pediatrician and will recommend every mom to try her.
