I have been taking my 3 children to Dr. Mehrotra for many years and I have nothing but good things to say about him and his staff. Dr. Mehrotra is very knowledgable, kind, and caring. He completes a thorough exam every visit, takes his time and never rushes you out even if you have a million questions. He really knows his patients and remembers their history. I also would like to mention Amna who works at the front desk and wears many hats in that office. From day one, she has ALWAYS accommodated me with days and times for an appointment bending over backwards to give me a time that fit my schedule, especially when it was a last minute visit for a sick call. She is always sweet to the children, going out of her way to talk to them no matter how busy she is. Jan, the nurse, and the medical assistants are also very nice, taking their time, never making you feel rushed even if there is a room full of patients to be seen. As a health care worker myself, I set the bar even higher and am definitely more critical of the care my family and I receive. I would recommend and have done in the past many times, this office to anyone who is looking for a well respected Pediatrician and a super staff to go with it.

I gave two star because of doctor, he and other doctor is good, but the staff over there very pathetic. I called them for the appointment for regular checkup for my kid, when I call the office they put me in hold for like 40 mins, after that they unhold and ask for the reason, I asked that I need an appointment, they said ok and put me on hold again. After 10 mins they cut the phone with out answering the call. They even didnt called back. When I called back and asked why they cut the phone, they simply denied it. I asked for the appointment they told appointment is not avialable and come after four months. Four moths for appointment.. is it a Joke... doctor really need to change the staff!!!!

Love Dr. Mehrota and love your staff. Yes at times the waiting room can be a little crowded, but its because they turn no sick kid away. If you call and say your child is sick. They will tell you to bring in the kid right away. Dr. Mehrotra gives every child and there family his undivided attention when he is with them. The staff goes over and beyond to get any info that you might need. The staff work well together. My favorite person in his office is Amna she is the front desk. She knows all her patients by name and the family. Always accommodating to my schedule and needs. I LOVE MY PEDIATRICIAN!!!!!

I was a patient when I was considered a pediatric patient and now I bring both my children there. Dr. Mehrotra is absolutely wonderful and I have to say his staff is extremely phenomenal as well. The secretary is so helpful and whenever my children are extremely sick she is so prompt on getting them in to see the doctor right away. She genuinely cares and answers any questions without hesitation. The nurses really explain everything and do a great job. I feel extremely comfortable bringing my children to his office and highly recommend it to others.

I brought my newborn to this doctor (we saw his associate) and was very disappointed by her practice. As an educated parent and a health professional myself, I found her to be way behind in current medical knowledge. She pushed formula even though I told her I was planning on exclusively breastfeeding. She also tried to send me to see specialists for problems my baby did not have (confirmed by other pediatricians) and was generally very alarmist. Save yourself a headache and keep your child healthy, do not see this doctor.

We absolutely love this practice. Dr. Mehrotra, his colleagues and staff are absolutely amazing!!! We have been bringing our children to Dr. Mehrotra for over 14 years. He and his colleagues are professional, knowledgeable, caring and welcoming. His staff and front office are also amazing, especially, Amna, who is such a pleasure. Not sure why Im reading some negative reviews about the staff. Ive never witnessed anything but respect and professionalism from them all. We highly recommend this practice.

He is worst, dummest doctor ever. all his staff is rude and stupid. he never listesn to the parents or the kids. my kids wered scared of him becuase he is very rude. I dont knwo why i even went back there. once her prescibed a drug to my daugter that should be given to only 14 yrs and older kids, my pharmacist called him to chnage prescription but he insisted he was right!!!! what a moron.. dont go there unless you want to hurt your child..

Dr. Naveen mehrotra is my kids pediatric from birth and never had any problem with anything including sick visit appointment, physical. Staff and receptionist are very helpful, caring and understanding. In each and every visit Dr. Is giving enough time doesnt matter how many patients are waiting Dr. is answering all questions answers. Most important for me he never givies antibiotic or any medicine if its not required.

Great Pediatrician! Staff is very pleasant, and they always accodomate my schedule. I can schedule an appointment for a time that suits me, and surprisingly the wait isnt long at all. Flexible hours and two convenient locations. HIGHLY recommend. The Doctor also has great referrals for other pediatric Doctors. i.e. Dentist, Allergist, Dermatologist etc.

We live in piscataway and are happy with the attention and service we get here . Doctors are very knowledgeable and humble, I once remeber calling him around 3.00 am in the morning, and he was so patient and took time to advise us on what needs to be done. waiting time could be shorter

Doctor is good.I wish the doctor office opens a bit early so that it is easy for kids and parents to get them looked at doctor instead of waiting till 10AM in mornings when they are sick. The front office folks are bit rude at times over phone.
