There seems to be many people working here but yet they take forever to acknowledge you and are not friendly about it. Ive spent over an hour waiting to be seen for my appointment that I arrived 20 minutes early to . Very unprofessional. I have visited three times and had to wait 45 minutes minimum. There arent even any updates on how much longer it will take. The doctor was knowledgeable but not anything spectacular. Never got a copy of my sons medical record because they had to make changes . I have mailed my $10 check and form over a month ago and have not recieved his records. I have emailed the office and doctor 3 times and have yet to hear back. Forget calling... its all automated with no where to leave voicemail because they want you to leave an email which will never get replied to !

Absolutely poor planning and execution in this office. I made a 5pm appointment weeks ago. Called at 4:50 to say I was in traffic and the message says they are closed! I called again to reschedule and was told "Thats just the night message that comes on at 4:30." I was then given another appointment 2 days later for 5pm. I arrived at 4:45 and Its 6:29. Im still sitting in the waiting room waiting to be seen. Theres another kid throwing a tantrum in the waiting room because hes been waiting so long. What a train wreck! Needless to say, the doctors nor the staff respect the patients time.

You cannot get anyone on the phone. In the 5 yrs of coming to this office, No one ever answers. You have to leave a message. Then no one calls you back. It literally takes me a week of sending online messages, which they say gets see right away, and phone messages, to speak to anyone. This has happened several times to me. There is also always a long wait during visits. The staff is extremely unfriendly and act like they are doing you a favor. Im changing neurologists because my child shouldnt get in trouble in school, waiting a week to get his medication adjusted.

Unbelievable. First appointment and they are over an hour behind. Woman at the front desk is not friendly and when asked about rescheduling its over a month out. However, they have THEIR policy on being late and not showing and the charge you will incur. Forms they have you fill out are redundant and the same information is asked for on almost every single form. Not efficient. Seems like this office is mismanaged. Most reviews show the ability to stick to time is serverly lacking.

My child was seen by a doctor that since left. The new doctor didnt even call us to tell us the results of the EEG. Making appointments is next to impossible and no one calls back. Even their fax machine (yes they still have those) is broken.
