I have been to Dr Farooquis office a couple of times. I always have to wait an hour or more to see him. And when you do see him, the appointment doesnt last more than 10 minutes and he leaves you hanging with a bunch of questions because he is way too busy. Front desk staff never greets you, they are always to busy to answer any of your questions and they can never tell you how long it will take to see the doctor. On July 21st 2015 I had a 1:00 pm appointment.I was having a horrible migraine that had lasted more than 12 hours. I arrived at 12:30. At 1:50 I was finally called by one of the nurses. She was very friendly and after asking me a few questions, she said the doctor would be in shortly. I then waited another 30 minutes to see Dr. Farooqui. When he walked in the office he did not say hi. He proceeded to ask me many questions and as I was answering them, he would respond in a rude way and made it seem like I was a stupid person who doesnt know what the hell I am talking about. NEVER in my life have I ever had a doctor talk to me like Dr. Farooqui did. He was very rude and condescending. At one point he was even arguing with me. WHAT THE HELL? I have worked in customer service for many years and I HAVE NEVER argued with a customer. I would never talk rudely, talk back or yell at a patient like Dr. Farooqui did. I asked him for some pain medication for my migraine. He said to try Excedrin migraine and I told him that I had tried it before and it didnt work. he said: YOU ARE JUST GOING TO HAVE TO DEAL WITH IT. Wow. Just wow. He then proceeded to leave the office without even explaining which medications he was prescribing, how to take them and when to come back to the office. But believe me, I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE. I have always believed that when someone is doing their job well, you must congratulate them, and when they are not doing their job well, you must talk to their superior so the issue can be corrected. I just want to warn everyone about Dr. Farooquis attitude. I dont know if he was having a bad day or what not but nonetheless, this is unacceptable.

Dr. Farooqui saved my husbands life--twice! Once with a quick diagnosis for an appendix gone bad, and once for making sure he was admitted into hospital for pneumonia, when a doctor in the emergency room was trying to send him home. Dr. Farooqui is amazing. He asks questions and really listens, and zeros in on your problem right away. You would have a difficult time finding another doctor as talented, caring, and as thorough as Dr. Farooqui.

I, along with my extended family, have been going to Dr. Farooqui for close to 30 years. He is very attentive, and spends a lot of time with patients. That sometimes leads to some waiting. I rather wait then go to a doctor who works a assembly line. Great physician. I will highly recommend.

Dr Farooqui is a great doctor, he cares for his patients and when you are sick you can actually make an appointment and see him :) I recommend him all the time, as most of my friends doctors you can never get in and make an appointment with when you are feeling badly. Stephen
