Horrible. The woman at the front desk seems to hate her job and just cant wait for her days to end. I had lost my actual insurance card and I have united healthcare so I can log onto the website and get all the info thats on my card which I did because I lost my cards. Long story short the woman was trying to tell me that my insurance must not be active when I know it is because I have used it recently to go the dentist and I had all NY info written down, the exact info that is on the card and the woman tried telling me that my insurance isnt active and Ill have to wait til I get a card when I told her hat was my problem, that I filled out for a new card 6 months ago and still havent received it and I told her that the info that I had written down was every bit of exact info thats on my card. Told me she cant do anything for me until I get a new card, nobody else hadls had this problem and she didnt seem to willing to do anything to fix it either. Smh. EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED WITH THIS PLACE. WILL NEVER GO BACK.

Called the doctors office for and appointment (2/24/14) - wife very sick with cough and fever. We are patients of Dr Reimer. I asked the receptionist to check with the doctor to see if the doctor could see my wife.The receptionist was Very RUDE - indicating that the doctor was not available to see my wife . I have never known of a doctor that would not see a patient that needed medical care. I do not think that the doctoer would have not seen my wife; if the receptionist would taken the time to talked to the doctor and explained the problem. Based on this we are looking for a new doctor !!!!

I was new to the area and many people recommended me to Dr. Reimer - and for a good reason. Ive lived in multiple states and have to say she is the best doctor I have been to. She makes you feel at home and like she has known you forever. Dr. Reimer takes the time to listen and look before making any assumptions, or rushing me out of the room, which I like. It feels like what I imagine old fashioned doctors were. To be honest, if it was not for her ability, I still would have been without answers, as no other doctor could figure out the source of my pain.

Waited 2 months for a new patient appointment, I was willing to wait as her reputation is so good. Got to my appointment 15 minutes early. After waiting 45 minutes past my appointment time, the front desk said it would be another half hour. I decided to leave and go find another doctor. I hear she is a great doctor but waiting an hour and a half past your appointment time is not acceptable. I also agree with the other posters about the staff. They were loud and unprofessional in their personal conversations that can be plainly heard in the waiting room.

A few days ago I woke up feeling crummy but hoped it would pass, instead it just got worse; sore throat, runny nose, cough, chills...the works. A friend recommended Dr Reimer so I called the office. The next available appointment is over a week away. By that time Ill either be over the flu or dead! The receptionist sounded annoyed that she had to make an appointment at all. its disappointing because Dr Reimer is supposed to be good but her office staff make it hard to find out. I will tell everyone I know about this

Doctors front desk girls had the appointment time wrong and also took our phone number wrong. The appointment was for 11:00 they insisted it was10:00,we didnt get a confirmation appointment call because they wrote phone number down wrong also so our appoitment was cancelled for being 5 minutes late image if I was having a heart attack!!!!! d

Dr Reimer is an amazing Dr. She is very caring, professional, and thorough with all of her patients. It is unfortunate that people are giving her bad reviews due to her office staff who are note hired by her personally. It can be difficult to get an immediate appt with her because she is that good and has so many patients that love her!

She has helped me immensely. Yes you wait a little but she is very thoughtful and thorough. Dr Reimer gets to know you and in a time when most doctors only see you for two minutes to get you out the door, that is a quality most lack! Never had an issue with the staff who have always been attentive and polite.

Its like ur visiting family. Everyone of staff greet u as soon as You open door. They know you by name, and Mrs. REIMER takes her practice serious. She cares about her patients and goes over every thing. With you. Absolutely amazing primary care.

Dr Reimer is great but her staff stinks. They are not responsive and act annoyed when you call in. I dont know if they dont relay messages but hearing nothing at all when you feel crappy is not acceptable.

She takes her time with you, doesnt rush the appointment. Sometimes I have to wait but its worth it because she takes her time with me as well. ;)

Dr Reimer always listens and you never feel rushed. She is also very compassionate and so is her staff!
