This place has become a Joke! The front desk girls are always in their own little bubble or gossiping amongst one another while the lines pile up with patients waiting to be helped. My new Gyno was a replacement for Dr. Oster(who was like 90) the replacement looks about 45 but is so incompitent and deaf!!!! I went in for a pregnancy test which he didnt put in the system and I got nothing! I also proceeded to ask for birth control and he stated "the pill isnt going to work. The pill wont fail youre going to fail the pill" than he proceeded to tell me if I were pregnant theres nothing wrong with being a single parent that if I kept it the child had 20% probability of finishing high school!!!! Im truly disgusted by the new doctor. Dr.Safro if Im not mistaken. He also seemed to have an issue as to why I wanted a check up. Its his Job!!! I want my test results and definitely never going back. Do not go to this place. The staff upfront are incompetent and the Dr. was just awful and disrespectful. If I could rate this place a 0 I would. I went in for a check up not to be made part of his ridiculous statistic.

I do not understand how this place became so horrible!!! It used to be a nice and friendly place, now its a 45 min line just to get your name in a list to see a doctor you have scheduled a appointment for!!! After that, expect to wait about 2 to 3 to be called in for vital signs and then go back into the same waiting room to wait about another hour to be seen my the doctor you have a appointment ... The front desk personal are really nice and will help you as much as they can . BUT the assistants are horrible, rude, disrespectful and will just send you away saying "I dont Know what your going to do , figure it out" , they will also start talking about you ,thinking you dont understand Spanish!!! The sad part of all of this horrible service is that I actually liked my primary doctor. Now you cant even call the facility because they will hang up the phone on you if your trying to make a appointment...

El servicio telefonico de citas es TERRIBLE dos dias tratando de llamar para pedir una cita y nunca responden; todo el tiempo esta la maquina diciendo"LAS RECEPCIONISTAS ESTAN ACTUALMENTE AYUDANDO A OTROS PACIENTES, POR FAVOR PERMANEZCA EN LINEA Y ESTAREMOS CON USTED EN BREVE" en breve es que nunca logre tener contacto con nadie.

Dont ever go here. The receptionists are terrible and they do not care about the patients. My mom made an appointment for a rheumatologist and the receptionist said they have one so she booked an appointment with them for a monday. When she went in, not only does the doctor not come in on Monday (according to them) they dont even have a rheumatologist. Do not go to this place because you will waste your time.

I wish there was an option for no stars cause this place is something else the ladies in the front are rude for no reason they can see you stand there and do nothing about it and give attitude to the clients straight off the back. Not to mention the doctors are even worst then them but I highly dont recommend this. Youre better off going somewhere else

I have been calling for two hours and all they do is pick up the phone and hang up again. They keep me on hold for 20 min and again they do the same thing... Pick up and hang up. Is ridiculous, no respect for the patients time.
