the front desk staff is very unprofessional and rude. I waited almost up to a hour and a half after my appt time before I actually saw a doctor. She was very nice but I felt as though she ordered services that would charge my insurance more but were not necessary for my complaint. After having complications with the medicine given to me I tried to speak to someone on the phone to find out what I should do but I was continuously put on long holds and never got to speak with a doctor. I would never reccommend anyone get seen here

I went to them to get treated for something serious. Instead got a doctor who wasnt even on there staff filling in for someone. On her cellphone gave me attitude the entire time then DID NOT EVEN TREAT ME. So I paid a copay for nothing. In the end had to go to the hospital for real treatment and diagnosis. On top of the fact they secretly tested me for drugs and want me to pay for testing I didnt ask for or need. I have never used drugs in my life this is why you should not trust this office.

Horrible service. Staff complained about every other patient. Extremely unprofessional. No sense of sensitivity or privacy towards the patients. No sense of patient prioritizing. Unorganized. Staff did not have an on going communication with the patients. It was a truly horrifying expirience. My wait time was approximately 4 hours i had to wait while my doctor finished her lunch. I left before she could even see me.

The give you appointment a one time and went you get there they make you way for so long ....no good people. Went you no come for long time they star calling you to to come back but the make you wait to long

Horrible service and the ENTIRE STAFF is very unprofessional. I waited for about 2 hours after my appointment time and decided to leave. I will never go back there.
