I began going to this doctors office because it was close to my home. Often visits would take up the entire day for me. I once waited 4 hours for my appointment the last two hours I was the only person in the office! Every visit was a different doctor (if most were med students), constantly sent to new office locations further and futher away. My last 2 visits I went for refills they never sent my refills to my pharmacy. I called 2x a day for 3 weeks leaving voicemails each time (because I could not reach a person), I finally had to go to their new offce 1 hour away to make an appointment for another day... finally was able to speak to a real doctor who was able to give me my much needed perscriptions. When he asked why I came in and didnt just call for these... I told him I called everyday for 3 weeks, and I am stil to this day (1/14/13 - waiting for a return call from September 2012). The doctor agreed that this was a problem within their practice, but I dont see any action taken to improve their service or their wait time. Poor Service, Extremely Long wait time, will not see the same doctor more than once, good luck ever getting a return phonecall, and be prepared to be bombarded with useless tests so they can charge your insurance.

The wait time to see a doctor at their main office of 86-16 jamaica ave was unbearable and it seems you see a different doctor or PA everytime to go there. However I was seen at their newer location of 1052 Liberty avenue by a PA (Antonio King) who was very helpful,respectful and has excellent bedside manners that I havent experience in quite some time. He actually took his time with me and explained everything in detailed. If you cant afford to travel to another office and wish to keep this practice I suggest going to the Liberty office instead.

I have been a patient of this office for a few years now. I called today morning to request an appointment and was not only rudely denied an appointment by the receptionist but she had the audacity to hang up on me the first time I called to check for availability . She was terribly unprofessional and has violated my patients rights. I am most certainly taking my business elsewhere but first I will file a formal complaint to New York Citys department of health.

The doctor are good but the service is really bad. They want you to pay to see the doctor to get a form fill out plus charge you money to fill out the form. If you sick that day you need to choose your health or the form. Like really what the hek going on with these doctors now in days. They getting more greedy everyday.

Pay first then wait, get sent out to a specialist pay more wait for poor timely results that are four business days late. Come in waist youre time come back in wait some more get greeted with lots of attitude from all there receptionist. Its been two Weeks still no results. Dont waist youre time or youre money.

I called to make a appointment, receptionist seems to know how to talk to patients very rude speaking and not professional, I spoke to another one and they all seem to hate their jobs assuming they way they talk, just horrible I havent been there and not yet met the doctor but hopefully he is great.
