First of all, the lady on the front desk shouldnt be dealing with public,just terrible! Second of all, if they just want to attend to the Russian Jewish community they should say it, as I felt really discriminated in the way this person treated me and by the fact that there was no visible signs neither I was advised that they will be closed for Yom Kippur and I lost hours of work and salary because they just told me "come and pick up your results on Wednesday" and when I got there ,the office was closed. If you are looking to have your USCIS medical examination done, and if you do not belong to the Russian Jewish community, dont go there. Theres several other offices offering this service for the same price and offering a better service. So far in my 15 years living in New York, this has been my worse experience EVER.

The woman at the front desk with short black hair is very rude, shouldnt be dealing with public the way she does. Also the wait is incredibly long , me and my mother came here at 12:45 pm and it is npw 2:31 pm, and we are still waiting. People who came here later than us went inside earlier than did. Thankfully , the gynecologist is a very professional doctor. But overall, with the front desk lady, the excpirience was not as pleasant as it should be for the first gyno visit.

The people at the front desk are very rude. Sometimes they hand up on you ! They do not care at all or practice any customer service. They are not very nice if you arent Russian and I always wait for long periods of time in the waiting room even when my appointment is early. The male GYN doctor is lovely but overall the place is disgusting and borderline racist.

In fron desk have women short black hair, she is very veeery rough with public all the time, She call me about insurance and she is bawl, she dont respect her job. I have appoitmant in next week, but I do cancel and We change with all family our therapist.
