THIS PLACE IS SO RIDICULOUS! i came in for my first appt -I waited 3 1/2 hours WITHOUT BEING SEEN! after which i got up walked over to the reception desk and told her Im leaving after waiting 3 1/2 hours!!!!! THE DOCTOR WAS STANDING RIGHT BEHIND THE RECEPTIONIST I WAS SPEAKING TO AND COMMANDED ME TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY WHERE I WILL BE "THE FIRST PATIENT" AFTER WHICH I INFORMED HER THAT I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN HER OFFICE AGAIN. I TOOK A DAY OFF FROM WORK TO BE SEEN BY A DOCTOR AND HAD TO LEAVE BECAUSE I HAD TO PICK UP MY KIDS IN SCHOOL. I DIDNT KNOW THAT A SIMPLE ANNUAL DOCTORS APPT SHOULD TAKE 10 HOURS!!!! THIS DOCTOR IS SO NASTY. THERE WAS NO APOLOGY, NO EXPLANATION. NOTHING SAID TO ME. SHE IS DOWNRIGHT DISGUSTING. I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO EVER GO HERE. THIS IS NYC, WE ALL HAVE BUSY LIVES AND NOONE HAS TIME TO SIT AND WAIT MORE THAN 3+ HOURS FOR A SIMPLE ANNUAL VISIT! ARE THEY KIDDING IN THIS OFFICE? THERES A DOCTORS OFFICE ON EVERY BLOCK AND THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT PEOPLE. P.S. THEY HAVE NO SOAP IN THEIR BATHROOM-WHAT KIND OF MEDICAL OFFICE DOESNT HAVE SOAP DURING EBOLA AND FLU SEASON. SO IT PROBABLY WORKED OUT FOR THE BETTER THAN I WASNT SEEN IN THIS OFFICE. AS THE SAYING GOES EVERYTHING THAT HAPPENS, HAPPENS FOR A REASON. I JUST WISH I DIDNT SPEND MY DAY ON THIS DISGUSTING PLACE. I CANT EXPRESS ENOUGH HOW I DONT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO WASTE THEIR TIME HERE. AND THE PPL THAT ARE REGULAR PATIENTS HERE SHOULD FIND ANOTHER PLACE-YOU DESERVE BETTER FROM A DOCTOR.

The wait time at Dr. Petrosovas is outrageous. You had better be able to get off work and you should cancel any other appointments. In addition, the receptionist is the rudest person in Brooklyn, and that is saying a LOT. Once you get past her and the waiting room, you sit in an examination room for another couple of hours (no, this is NOT an exaggeration). The doctor and nurse are quite nice but for all of the time you spend waiting, you have their attention for maybe 10 minutes. And then you have to deal with the excessively rude receptionist again, who, in my humble opinion, needs to be fired immediately.

These reviews are fake !!! If you want to sit in an office (in the waiting area) for 3 hours and then another 1 hour in the room then be my guest. Front Desk is RUDE!!! Speak English in front of me which makes me think they are talking about me. I can never get results over the phone and have to come in just so they can charge my insurance and take copay from me. Doctor is like any other. I refuse to sit entire day there just to do a check up. Ill find someone else. P.S - No paper in the restroom, unsanitary for a restroom especially in a doctors office.

You will wait all day do not plan on doing anything else. I am waiting for blood test results signed in at 1:30 I knew that it was going to be a wait left my number told them to call me when they are close to my name. I called them around 5 because still no call went in and still waiting it is now 6:20pm. The doctors are competent but the wait time is simply unacceptable. Save yourself sometime and go to a different doctors office.

Understaffed. I had a 2:45 appointment and got up and left the waiting room at 5:15. I figured with all those other patients paying them and such a small staff of people on payroll they didnt need my business. The receptionist didnt respond well when I told get to shed my file cause I will never be back.

Absolutely worse place ever. Waited 3 hours just to see her for less than 20 mins. Staff is very rude. Had another appointment for 9am. They made us wait outside in the cold plus it still took 3 hours to see the doc

One of the best doctors Ive ever had the liberty of seeing, granted there was a wait time that was a bit long but its due to the time this doctor spends with patients. This truly is a saint.
