Dr. Chan is an EXCELLENT physician. He will spend as much time with you as you need to talk about any of your medical problems. This staff has never been unfriendly to me. The only problems are that you can never speak to the doctor directly by phone you must speak only to his staff. The other problem is that sometimes I have had to wait quite a long time even with an appointment but many other times Ive been taken within 10 minutes of my appointment. I cannot say anything for the other doctors that work here but dr. Chan is the best doctor that I have ever had in my life.

Really bad medical center. Takes 2 hours for one visit making calls or rearrangement schedules does nothing. You will wait with old people and uneducated receptionist calling you 2 hours later just to tell you someone else is next.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. full of ignorant people doctors are uneducated and wont even help or prescribe you any medication and refers you elsewhere to avoid negative credibility . Need to shut this place down.

this place is horrible.... Do not come here unless youre ready to wait 4+ hours even WITH an appointment due to overbooking.... staffs are rude and unprofessional.

really bad reception . very bad service. doctor cant even find a scissor to perform surgery on my son. dont ever go here! This place needs to be re examined.
