Usually I don’t give review but this situation made me to change my mind. I was entering to this medical office about 2 years (to be correct – only when I really need it) I had emergency situation and needed to see the doctor , I called to the office and got the answer that doctor is busy and won’t accept me. When I explained the situation I got fake “I am sorry that it’s happened to your child” and the receptionist hung up the phone , when I called back again she didn’t pick up the phone, she did it after I called from another phone number. When I pointed to her behavior she started to fight with me . At the end of our ‘‘conversation’’, instead of apologizing, she told me to find the new doctor if I don’t like something here. This person is disgusting, she doesn’t understand where and with who she is working. She is unprofessional and incompetent and the management of this office really needs to take actions on the behavior of its staff because they are pushing away their patients .

HORRIBLE! This office reschedules your visits and then when you call in they tell you they dont accept new patients. I spoke with Kate from this office and she was absolutely unprofessional, rude and condescending. She tells me its best to call in to make an appointment because zocdoc doesnt have the right schedule, but when my husband spoke to her she said that the doctor isnt accepting new patients only if we had made an appointment through zocdoc. HUH? I decided to take my business elsewhere, because office staff is a clear reflection of the type of service you will recieve. If the doctor is ok with this, then she isnt someone I would trust with the care of my son.

Dr. Stella is always attentive and treats each person like they are her only concern, she is very accommodating and readily offers referrals and/ or alternatives to resolve medical concerns. She and her staff are.awesome and professional

Dr Stella is great and knowledgeble professional. She always takes time to answer any questions you may have. Another thing, I was running late to my appointment twice and she never rejected me or my daughter. Highly recommend!
