Had to take Relpax for a migraine before I even got to the cleaning. TV in the waiting room. Loud TV at the foot of the x-ray chair. I told the assistant I get migraines and the loud tv was giving me one. She then left me in the room while the loud Price is Right was blaring from another room for 15-20 minutes. There was no door to shut. When I told the hygienist she offered no sympathy. When I checked out the receptionist simply told me " if our other patient want to watch television " ☹️. So basically my discomfort leading to a full blown migraine is irrelevant. If the television was so loud it gave me a migraine from another exam room, perhaps it was too loud! What ever happened to a serene and calm dentist office? Why all the cacophony? Next theyll be plopping an Xbox on your lap. I guess Im a special needs dental patient and need to find an office that doesnt blast game shows until I have a migraine

By far the best experience I have ever had in any Dental office. Clean, modern facility. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The Doctors were extremely nice and very knowledgeable and I didnt feel rushed at any point during my appointment. I also didnt feel pressured into getting any work done like other offices I have been to. I really felt they cared about me and listened to me. Next time, I am very excited to try their Spa Room. I definitely would recommend this office to everyone and have already made appointments for my husband and children.

Ive only been there once but I have also not been to the Dentist in years due to horrible indecent that happened to my Mom. Everyone in the office was so patient, kind, and caring. They held my hand and treated me like I was family. Since my last visit I have had to have surgery and she referred me to a Surgeon much like herself. Thank you Dr.Lovelace you and your staff are the best.

I had a great visit. The office staff is friendly and courteous. The hygienist did a very thorough job and I was happy with the Doctor Nguyens approach and willingness to discuss issues rather than just dictate results. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

Absolutely love this practice!!!! Makes you feel comfortable and all the staff are great!!!! I would recommend to anyone, even with children. My 9 yr old likes going to see them and doesnt have fears like he has in the past at other practices☺

I have only been there twice, but feel very comfortable with both dentists. They explain everything in a way you can understand. I would definitely recommend them. It was just by chance that I found them and, as of now, am happy that I did.

My family has been going to Drs. Nguyen and Lovelace since their opening. Both have great personalities and the staff is wonderful. It feels like family! Even my 7 yr old son doesnt mind the dentist!! :)

I love this office! I had to have a tooth removed for braces and I was so scared, but everyone was so nice to me. The visit was so easy! My tooth was out before I knew it. I love my dentist!!
