Horrendous customer service, especially from the receptionist Francine or Fran or whatever her name was that attempted to "help" me. She is rude and takes her frustrations out on you even if youre being polite. I simply asked a few questions about Dr. Roses practice and she proceeded to give me attitude as if I were in the wrong. Then, when I finally asked for her name she flipped out at me demanding a reason as to why, mind you I was calm and polite the entire time though my patience was running thin. I told her I wanted to speak with the Doctor as I have a right to before entering any establishment and she hung up on me. Calling again, she finally agreed to let me speak to him. I was so angry at this point that I just flat out told him this is not how a business should be ran. It displays a lack of awareness from not only the staff but ultimately the Doctor, as well. I will be taking my business elsewhere to a place that is not rude to their customers.

First off the receptionist is not that welcomig, sort of rude. I waited in his office for more than an hour because they were overbooked and I gave the receptionist my insurance, but for some reason she kept saying that, that wasnt it when it was, so she made me wait longer because she had to call the insurance to see what my id was when it was the same id on my actual insurance card. The place is kind of tight and the dr., is a little sloppy. He did however tried to answer all of my questions, but didnt seem to have all of the latest technology for exams. I basically saw him for less than 15 minutes when I waited for an hour and a half. I dont think Iam coming back here or recommending anyone here.

I like Dr. Rose and I think the staff is courteous. Been going there years now, since I was working, Im retired now, maybe over 5 years... not a problem. I have a friend that takes her 8 year old there also. She and her son likes it there.
