First of all dr. Jeffers needs to retire! She obviously doesnt eat her carrots or she digs for gold in your mouth. I take care of myself so I wont hear the word "cavity". Dont trust her old counterparts neither. I forget his name dr "v" something, well this guy drills in mouth like using a dewalt power drill from Home Depot. Stay away from him! He drilled into my nerves. So now this small cavity turned into an expensive root canal. Word to the wise unless you know you have multiple cavities do not get work done. Dr. Jeffers needs to just take her old scrappy behind to the retirement home. Blind doctor or crooked doctors looking for money, still working should be a criminal offense! P.s. Just so you know Im not blowing smoke about dr. Ann Jeffers. She told my wife "who never had a cavity in her life for 28 years", that she has a cavity. My wife goes for a second opinion and that doctor tells her perfect teeth! Heck, my wife never even had her wisdom teeth pulled!

The absolute worst experience of my life! To start with, the front end staff are incredibly rude! How dare you treat people with that kind is disrespect! Then onto Dr. Ann Jeffers! Your license should be ripped from you! Heartless, cold, down right nasty human being! A dental visit can be one of the most frightening experiences and for you to feel thats its okay to raise your voice and yell at your patients, whom by the way are at YOUR mercy, is just unacceptable! I will find a way to report you and your staff. And one day I pray that you are held accountable. This clearly is not your true calling as a profession. I truly hope that someone else reads this and will heed the warning to steer clear of Vineland Eastern Dental!!

Had a bad experience. Had a two small older fillings fall out. Went to Eastern Dental the first time and the small hole became very large by the time they were done drilling. they did fill it. When the second old filling fell out, they drilled and drilled. The dentist cut my tongue with the drill and never told me until the anesthesia wore off later at home. They drilled both teeth so much, both teeth they worked on have now cracked and I have to have work done to repair their mistakes. While I was in the chair with the freshly drilled hole in my tooth, Dr. Jeffers and the attending dentist working on me engaged in an argument while working on my mouth. Very unprofessional behavior.

They have an excellent orthodontics team that provides great customer service and consistency in keeping your scheduled appointments. Unfortunately this office is horrible with any other work you may need scheduled. They cancel appointments the day before your appointment youve scheduled three months or more prior and re-schedule you four months out for another appointment, and sometimes rude over the phone. If youre lucky enough not to have your appointment cancelled your waiting an hour or more past your scheduled time. Try another location that appreciates your business by reflecting it in the service they provide.

Took a month to get an appointment. Another month to get my insurance approved and then was told it would be two to three months to get an appointment! While the front office seems well staffed to process the paperwork and your payments, its obvious they have way to many patients and not enough Doctors. Its unfortunate being seen in a timely manner is not a priority! Frustrating doesnt come close to expressing my dissatisfaction. Recommend checking into your wait time before starting as a new patient.

Like all the other reviews this office is the WORST by far! We have beenough going there for years and once Ann Jeffers took over the place got even worse! I actually heard her yelling at a woman in a wheelchair because she wasnt back sooner for her cleaning and check up! Then she proceeded to yell at myself and my husband! One of the hygienist said she speaks to the staff the same way! Hence after many years we have finally switched dentist offices!

Please use another office to get your work done. I made an appointment 4 months in advance. I received a phone call the other day stating my appointment is cancelled. You have to wait to long for an appointment and I mean months. It makes no sense and it upsets me. I going to see to another Dentist .
