Dr. Pugliese is a no nonsense, empathetic clinicial who actually spends time with his patients. He is able to accurately identify the issues and correct them. Ive seen him for a multitude of neck, mid back and lower back issues and each time Ive walked away feeling better and knowing more about why I was originally hurting. Ive recommended numerous friends, relatives and business associates to him and they have all be extremely satisfied. If you are looking for excellent care in the Westfield area I would not see anybody else-I drive 30 minutes to see him!
