Its not the first time our family has an issue with front desk personal who is showing an attitude. Please, dont ask them anything​ coz even with a simple requests they showing attitude. Due to health issue last week we have a blood test and Doctor informed she will contact back next week to follow up. Today, I called personally at 1.32 pm and ask if I can talk to the doctor was emediatly informed they done for the day. None asked what we need, and why we call. Its a health of our kids and what can be more important. At the end she explained very clear to me, that the Doctor is not calling anyone, we have to call ourselves...... Wich is fine, I called and what I get, an attitude, rude voice through the phone, terrible feeling coz I dont know what is wrong with my child and who can help me to understand that ....

The doctors in Dr. Abramov office are careless about the treatment of children. They give medication in hope of the medicine to treat the child with their illness. Every doctor only work to get money on children but not treat them. Would of put less than 1 star if there was.

I dont know why people not happy with this dr. I am very very very happy. My both children are from day thry were born. Doctor always smiles, treats what needs to be treated .Stuff is friendly. Cant imagen what not to be happy.about.

Doctors here normally prescribe antibiotics or nothing. Typical Russian attitude of the stuff. You have to pay for every paper or notice. Dr.Abramov has a good caring manner, kids love him.
