I HAVE TO BE PERFECTLY HONEST......THE ONLY COMPETENT WORKER THERE IS A WOMAN BY THE NAME OF MARIA. EVERY OTHER PERSON THERE DIDNT REALLY TAKE CARE OF THE BUSINESS OF HELPING ME RECEIVE THE WORK DONE,THAT WAS DUE A VETERAN OF THE UNITED STATES ARMY(VIETNAM WAR -ERA).AFTER NY INITIAL VISIT BACK DURING THE MIDDLE OF JULY,2015,ANOTHER MONTH AND A HALF PASSED BEFORE I RECEIVED A CALL FROM MY DENTAL CARRIER(HEALTHPLEX). THEY ARE ANOTHER STORY!!!! SUFFICE TO SAY THAT AFTER HAVING VISITED 190 COZINE AVE,I AM STILL WITHOUT THE PROPER SERVICES IM DUE! HEALTHPLEX,COZINE DENTAL GROUP,AND THIS ENTIRE DENTAL AND HEALTH SYSTEM IS NOT SET UP FOR THOSE OF US WHO DONT HAVE LOADS OF CASH,AND UNFORTUNATELY MANY OF THE PEOPLE WHO WORK WITHIN THIS POOL OF INCOMPETENCY THINK THAT THEY ARE PROFESSIONALS AT WHAT THEY DO(THIS INCLUDES THE DENTIST HIMSELF). THERE SEEMS TO BE A COMPLETE AND UNKNOWING ACCEPTANCE OF THIS IDEOLOGY THAT BEING CAUGHT UP IN THE DUMBING DOWN OF AMERICA IS THE NORM THESE DAYS AND WE CANT SEEM TO STOP IT,SO WED BETTER GET USED TO IT!

Ive had a root canal done at cozine on my back molder on the top right side last year, fast forward to today the same tooth has begun to hurt again the dentist that worked on my teeth was Dr.ONeal. I have taken care of my teeth a lot better, and there shouldnt be a reason it starts to hurt again even worse than before, but whats bad about it is that when he originally put the permanent capping over the tooth it was a little to big so he drilled my bottom molder that was right under the tooth he was fixing so that when I close down it would fit. Now I dont like to complain at all but now the same tooth he scrapped down so the top one can fit is beginning to hurt as well even as bad as the one right above it that had the root canal done. I honestly dont think that they have a clue in what they are doing and are just making situations worse now Im dealing with pain that I thought was taking care of, Ive had sprained swollen ankles that were bearable than the tooth ache I have now I will NOT be visiting this location ever again.

I was going to book an appointment with this office and decided to look at the reviews from Google, aside from ZocDoc, to help me further with the decision making, since there seemed to be good reviews on ZocDoc, but wait time was a consistent issue. Im reading the few reviews and replies on Google and I am extremely disappointed! Aside from the bad reviews, whom ever is responding to these upset/unsatisfied clients, needs another job and FAST! This is no way to respond to negative reviews, this person is passive aggressive and unprofessional! Definitely taking my business else where, if this is the way you respond to clients, I can only imagine what you do or how you treat them, once they are sitting in that chair.

En principio era una de las mejores clinica dental en Brooklyn pero ahora en es la peor de todas y se fueron todos los dentistas buenos que ellos tenian ya solo tienen dos 2 tengan muchos cuidados con ir a ese lugar......

My appointment was at 3 pm and its 7 pm and Im still here. They told me I could come in early, so I arrived exactly 1:40 pm and still I havent gotten any help. Worst place ever. Steer clear. This place sucks if your looking for help go else where. Even if you schedule your appointment for the am you will not be seen until the late pm.

The dentists are cool & courteous, gentle with the dental work, and explain things in a relatable manner. The treatment rooms are clean & kept well. However, the waiting area needs climate control & can use improvement for mobility.

BE WARE! this place is terrible. His staff is incredibly unprofessional and my husband was over-billed for services covered by his insurance. Not going back. The positive reviews must be from family members and the staff.
