Came here in pain and needed to have tooth extracted ASAP. The service performed was good and painless. I will have to note that they are seriously over priced. I did not have dental coverage so paid out of pocket. The cost of a tooth extraction was $150 more than a modern boutique dental office. I will also note that the Hygienist and patient coordinators main objective is to sell, sell, sell. That part was not a pleasant experience. I was in pain and already at the location so I paid the fee to get the tooth extracted. Dr. Alex had great bedside manner and was excellent at making me feel comfortable, his assistant Veronica was awesome and held my hand through the process. Would I come back for future services? No. Not only did I suffer severe toothache, it was amplified by their cost. No way the cost of their services should be exceeding the cost of boutique dental offices in the city. Not a good look for the community they serve.

I visited this location a couple of weeks ago and was totally amazed. The staff was very friendly and informative regarding my dental insurance. My exam was thorough from start to finish. Everyone in the office was upbeat and ready to assist me immediately. I wish more medical facilities were like New York Family Dentistry.
