I have come to this Raymond Opticians location for years now. The ladies that work here go above and beyond for their patients. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and very accommodating. Despite how busy the store had been at the times I was there, I had never felt rushed or dismissed. They always take the time to address all questions, concerns, and costs thoroughly. Id been to the bigger optical chains/retailers in the past and they never compared to the service or quality that RO has provided me and my family. Will continue to come here for many years!

We were late for our appointments, but the staff accommodated us and we were taken care of immediately. The optician was excellent and very thorough. She found something that she thought an opthamologist should look and and referred me to one that I had seen in the past. The young lady that showed me frames and took my order for lenses was very helpful and knowledgeable. She also replaced the pads on my existing glasses and tightened them up as well. All in all a very good experience.

Had a great experience at this place. I was in the middle of an "eyeglass emergency" when I entered this business and was greeted by a friendly and helpful staff who handled my problem expertly and efficiently. I would definitely go back to this business in the future and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Staff is nice selection is fair but they try to make you overpay for contact lense prescriptions by adding fitting fees and stuff. I wear contacts and have worn then for over 20 years so why do I have to pay $75 dollars to get "fitted" for something I already wear. Will take my money elsewhere...

least professional optician I ever visited. I was kept waiting well after my appointment time while the staff chatted about their childrens play dates. The Optician herself while "sounding" friendly was actually insulting - avoid them like the plague.
