The exam seemed to go well, but when I went to pick up the new lenses, the service was horrible and I couldnt see out of the lenses. They needed to be redone. I didnt have confidence in the company because they said they couldnt guarantee the new ones would be perfect. I was eventually refunded for the lenses, but had to make sure they also refunded the insurance company, which they clearly had no intention of doing. I am still trying to get refunded for the exam so I can get it done elsewhere and need to file with the insurance company for a second opinion, since they already covered the LensCrafters exam.

I bought glasses for my toddler and he broke the frame twice so had to get the glasses and frame replaced at lens crafters at the price. I bought a flexible frame online and went to Lens crafters but they wouldnt put the glasses on the frame, apparently you need buy both the glass and frame. I found a few other places that would so thought it to be a bit unfair. The review is just informational for anyone else in a similar situation. I have nothing against them, I guess aside this experience, they are ok.

Never buy glasses here , they dont tell y to purchase a protection plan which other stores totally will. And even when another store I can totally buy the plan afterwards , this sales supervisor woman just dont allow that and being such a B , she even didnt want to check my purchasing record for a sec ! Yeah maybe they being too satisfied staying her ass in Woodbury because obviously they dont think a single customer hurt anything! Worst ever !

Some how I badly bent my work glasses. I dropped them off on Saturday morning expecting them to say I would need new glasses. Quite the contrary, I got a call that evening telling me they are ready. They look and feel like brand new. Thanks everyone .
