I am shocked at all the positive reviews because I had such an unpleasant experience. The first initial visit went well. The dr was very nice, I thought, the office was clean, and I was seen right away without having to wait more than just a few minutes. I thought wow, I cant believe I found such a great place. Then the next day they called & said they lost my prescription & I needed to come back and do the entire exam all over again. Honestly, I understand that things happen that are out of our control sometimes so I thought it was a bit of an annoyance & an inconvenience, but I came back as requested. I had expected to hear an apology from the dr or the receptionist for the inconvenience but they never did. They actually had a bit of an attitude this time, which I thought was odd. Anyway, I did the exam a second time and left them with my own set of frames and case & left awaiting the phone call to let me know the glasses were ready. About a week later they called. That day I was getting ready for my father in laws wake but I figured I could run over & quickly pick them up. Once I got there, they gave me the glasses & I said where is my case? The receptionist said, "did you leave a case?" I told him yes, remember I left the white coach case with the cs on it? Then he was like oh yeah, ummm hold on... I didnt appreciate the act. It is quite possible he didnt remember if I left a case, but I think he did and he was playing dumb, not very convincingly, either. Then the dr comes out and they both start opening drawers and cabinets looking for my case. I told them I was in a rush because I had a wake to go to. Then the receptionist said "well, I dont know what you want me to do cuz your in a rush." Seriously, that was extremely rude. What did he think I wanted? He could have or should have said "well Im sorry I will look and call u when we find them, but heres a temporary case in the meantime", but he didnt. And what had me even more speechless was that the dr was right there and she didnt care to correct or smooth over the situation. I had to literally ask for a case to use in the mean time. I called a few days later & the dr, herself, answered & said they couldnt find them, but she offered no solution. I told her that case was the case I wanted, not the one she gave me in the mean time. She acted really annoyed with me which had me stunned because I was being so understanding and cool about HER losing MY case. I ended up having to go through the trouble MYSELF of finding the case online, ordering it with MY OWN money, and then driving back there ONCE AGAIN because of something they lost, so I could get a reimbursement. Once I came back with the case I had to order online, they did not apologize NOT ONCE. Not for losing my rx so I had to come back to do the exam again, not for losing my case, and not for making me go through the trouble of finding it online & putting the money out for it and having to once again drive back there. Then she had the nerve to ask for her case back that she gave me!! After all the inconvenience and aggravation, she could have said im really sorry for the inconvenience, please keep the one we gave u as a spare. But she didnt. She acted like I was annoying her! Unbelieveable! I wasnt going to write a bad review. I was going to give them the benefit of the doubt upon my last visit there to pick up the reimbursement & I was hopeful that they would be apologetic, but they werent. She did not go out of her way or above and beyond or offer up any kind of apology to me. an apology can go a long way and they really need to work on their customer service skills. I will never ever return to that office after how they handled that situation. BTW Im 9 months pregnant, so going back and forth and back and forth was a very huge inconvenience for me. But they didnt seem to care. I hope they take a course on how to treat customers cuz that was a horrible experience.

I just went in for the first time and had an eye exam with Dr.Zabarko . I was very happy with every aspect of the booking and appointment: - When I called to make an appointment as a new patient, the office was able to schedule me for the very next day! wow! - the office seemed very efficient in getting everyone in on time. (I was seen about 5 minutes after my appointment start time.) - Dr Zabarko was really friendly and professional. She took time to learn about my personal and family health history, and she made sure that I had all my questions answered. - The office staff was very helpful in explaining how my insurance worked for the variety of services (appointment co-pay, contact lens fitting fee, contact lens purchase). I left knowing exactly what Id be paying for and why my insurance was covering. - I was impressed with their collection , they have almost all brands of glasses with different price range ! - I felt no pressure to purchase contacts or glasses on the spot. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a good optometrist

After I had my Lasik surgery done, I dont miss my annual eye exams! But this time I was pleasantly surprised! I have never had such a thorough examination before. Dr. Zabarko took her time and patiently answered all my questions. She is easy to talk to and you never feel rushed. The office is new, modern and very well run. Dr. Zabarko is up on all the latest technologies and has a great variety of frames for regular and sun glasses! I love my new sunglasses by the way:) Thank you, Dr. Zabarko and her great stuff!! Would highly recommend her to anyone!

We came for eye check for all the family including a 4.5 old boy, and had a very nice experience. Dr. Diana Zabarko was very patient with our boy, and explained us everything very well. We were accepted exactly at the time of the appointment and did not have to wait. The office has a nice selection of stylish eyeglasses, I got a pair by "Coach". Location and parking are convenient.

I visited their office for the first time about a month ago. I must say, Dr. Zabarko paid attention to every single one of my concerns. They have a high selection of lenses i couldnt be happier. If you need an optometrist shes the one to go to.

I had a most wonderful experience at Dr. Zabarko office. I came for medical exam, doctors was very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns and answered all of my question. The front desk was also very friendly. I recommend Dr. Zabarko.

Had a great experience here, the recepionist is super friendly & welcoming. They were very helpful in helping me fine glasses & didnt make me feel rushed because I was asking to see everything lol .
