Our entire family goes to Jose Chan! He is patient, knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each step of the procedure that he performs ahead of time! Most appointments are right on time or very short wait times of 10 min to 15 min at the most. We have been going for years!

I judge a doctor by his bedside manner, and Dr. Jose Chan is extremely friendly and well-mannered. He will take great care of you. And there is no wait in his office at all, which is a big plus given the Flushing optometrists I have visited with up to 1-1/2 hour wait times.

Dr Jose Chan is a very good optometrist - he is friendly, patient, and spends time explaining conditions. Hes also fluent in Spanish and Chinese which is a plus
