My family visited the shop to order glasses, and found themselves in a very unfriendly environment, unfortunately. The lady at the counter didnt bother to get up from the chair throughout the whole visit! Can u imagine? She also refused to unlock the frame stand, saying "pick up smth. first"... How ones supposed to pick up a frame without trying it on? Unacceptable service, totally.

From all the eye services I have received this has been the worse one. The only nice person was the second doctor, (I dont remember her name, she was Asian) I saw for my eye contact follow up. The secretary had an attitude and was totally unfriendly. Definitely wont be coming back to this place again.

I was hesitant going here but when I went, everyone was great and generous. I even got my glasses three days after my appointment. For the people who did prior reviews thank you, your opinions took effect on this place and despite I always like to see things for myself and I was satisfied.

Ive been going here ever since I was in sixth grade (senior in college now). Boy has it changed, not in a good way either. David used to be very kind nowadays he seems to get easily annoyed. Didnt like how he had a snappy attitude towards my mother.

Great Doctor (Michael Bernstein, OD) and Staff! However, receptionist who picks up the phone is sometimes very rude. Both my mother and I called and she had an attitude with us. Alltogether, eye services were great!

I visited the store on March 6. In about two months, I did not get my glass. Only thing they did it right was getting my money back. Bad experience.

There is a $25 cancellation fee for appointments. Not to mention, the closest appointment is one month from now
