First time customer and had a 6:30 appointment, there was heavy traffic I arrived on the street 5 mins late by the time I made a u turn and parked it was 8 minutes. I walked in for my appointment and the front desk response was "oh the Dr. Left"? The manager Rodney calls me nack and just makes matters worst by trying to justify to me that 5 people didnt show up today (thats has nothing to do with me) and I should of called he quoted along with all these other reasons why the Dr just left and I received no phone call. From the Dr didnt get a break (but 5 appts didnt show), to the Dr has a family too?? Terrible way to deal / respond to any customer. Definitely not worth rescheduling solely on the way they handled the situation.

Raymond Opticians is one of the best of Westchester, NY. With multiple locations in less than a 20 mile radius, I am able to receive the eye care I need. The employees, optometrists and owners care so much about the experience and service for the customer. I am more than happy to say that I (and my parents) have purchased over 5 pairs of glasses/rx sunglasses from Raymonds! If you are looking for brand name glasses, without the ridiculous cost, Raymond Opticians is the best place to go. I am thankful for their support and guidance, day in and day out.

Hi everyone! Its not an advertisement so Please Read this!! I found this opticians named Raymond Opticians. I was kind of bothering asking questions, though but they were so nice to me..They also gave me this 20% off discount!!!! They have lot of inventories with sunglasses and fabulous items!

I have been in this store numerous times with my son. There are 2 young woman who work there who look bored and annoyed with the customers. There is one man Rodney who I adore but its not easy to choose your assistant.
