William Sunderlin

Dr. Verral is wonderful. I have no complaints at all about him. I have found some of his office staff curt, unfriendly and unprofessional. Three days ago I called and left a message asking that Dr. Verral to call me. I received no phone call. This morning I called and asked to talk with Dr. Verral. I was told that I could talk to a nurse. Instead of putting me through to a nurse, the attendant pressed a button that allowed me only the option of leaving a message for a nurse. I am offended that the attendant would not have the courtesy to tell me there was no nurse available, but only gave me the option of doing what I did three days ago, which did not produce the result I needed. This kind of anti-social behavior and over-reliance on machines and recordings needs to stop!

The service at the office for an appointment is prompt however it is very difficult to reach the office by phone. Multiple times, multiple days, different hours to no avail. The phone rings busy or you get a recording that the lines are busy. At times Ive gotten the recording that they are closed for lunch at noon and it is 11:50 am or that they are closed and it is not yet closing time.

I never got a call back on my biopsy. So today I tried calling the Malta office at 4:23. They said they closed at 4:30 on Mondays, yet they said "THE OFFICE IS NOW CLOSED" you cannot leave a message (except to cancel an appt) and there is no email address. It is not work friendly Why didnt they answer? The staff is very nice and pleasant.

Great office with great doctors, would have given five stars but their phone line is ALWAYS busy... they need to get with the times and get call waiting.
