I have Melasma .My company changed to AETNA and my previous Dermatologist does not take it.I ended up booking an appointment Via ZOCDOC (Bad idea). My first experience was the most unpleasant one. Ii waited almost 1 Hr to be seen and edend up with a PA . i had to explain my condition to him. They were trying to sell me expensive Laser treatments and all i wanted was a precriptionn. Finally after i was determined to just get the prescription i need and Left .My nightmare wasnt over .One mont later i am getting a bill from my insurance company for $480.00 for a laser treatment. I never had any such procedure all i had was a prescrition . I called their officie and left several messages and they never issue my refund or respond to my calls . So Dishonest . I never went back .

I called on 9/29/16 at 2:50 pm. I spoke to receptionist "Erica." She couldnt find me on their sloppy notebook of appointments. She refused to double check for my name when I recall them writing my name in that sloppy notebook. Im sure its her handwriting, since she takes care of it. She was very rude and half the people that work in Cohens office do not know how to treat any issue. Seems like they have interns working their who arent eligible nor qualified. Please stay away from these unprofessional people.

THE WORST PLACE EVER ! DO NOT GO HERE The girl working at the front had the worst attitude and they wouldnt let me see the doctor . Its extermely un professional and they have no respect , idk how this place is still open. I will never go back. They lost my files and then claimed it was my fault for their mistake. Im going to see if there is a way to report them , this is unacceptable

Stay away from Dr. Cohen. My surgical scar still irritakes my neck from a visit there. I had a small blackhead cyst and the doctor cut my neck and stitched it so roughly. I wished I had filed a claim, but I didnt. I believe to forgive, but dont forget. I rarely post negative reviews online, but Im doing this to save someone else from having an irritable scar like I do.

Not much wait time, the ladies behind the desk they look busy, being on the phone with some attitude. The doctor is never there, someone asked me to go in to the examining room, it took about 3-minutes and she subscribed me with some medications. I think is very expensive for just getting medication by someone else, rather than a real dermatologist.

Wrist front desk service ever. My baby had appointment at 9:30am and I got late because she was awake the whole night so I called them at 9:55 am to inform that I was on my way but they told me I needed to reschedule. Moreover, the doctor himself doesnt see the patient most of the time. His assistant actually trys to play his role..lol

Wish I can give "0" star. I was hung on 7 times today. Second time there and the front desk people who are suppose to be warm and welcoming, but instead you actually get very cold and severely RUDE. Even the professionals there are unprofessional. Lost of words on how they still have patients.

Stay Away! Very rude desk staff. They give you a nasty attitude from the moment you walk in. The Dr. is never there. Only very young PAs seeing patients. Did I mention theyre very rude? See the other reviews they all say the same thing.

The doctor is never in the office.You will be seen by teenage physician assistants and charged as if you saw a specialist.You will be better off seeing your primary doctor at least he went to med school.
