As a family of 4 we all see Dr Kelly for different reasons, and find her personally very nice to deal with, however, the administration surrounding her is the worst service we have ever encountered. My son started Accutane for skin problems around 6 weeks ago, and it is fairly rigorous process to get started with monthly blood work required. When it came time to get his very first prescription there was delay after delay, from spelling his name wrong to not giving us the correct number to provide to CVS to fulfill the prescription, resulting in a 10 day delay in even starting Accutane. Month 2 should have been seamless, however, my son experienced some side effects which may or may not have been related to Accutane but it was decided he should have a 1 week break from Accutance. Dr Kelly then went on vacation for a further week, resulting in a 2 week gap off Accutane. We were told Dr Kelly would provide his prescription on the day she returned from vacation ….. 2 days have now passed and we still have no prescription. I called Dr Kellys office and was spoken to very rudely and told that she couldnt deal with me/us as she was with other patients, despite the fact that all 4 of us are patients. I even called last week whilst she was on vacation to check whether or not I should make an appointment for her to see my son again, and was told "no" appointment was necessary and she could just provide the prescription. I have absolutely no medical training, but can only assume that a 2+ week break from Accutane renders the one month he was on it useless and if he restarts the drug, it will most likely be like starting the whole course of treatment from scratch. Sadly, I think Dr Kelly is a lovely lady but the practice/administration surrounding her falls far short of decent standards and I would defiantly not recommend this practice.

Ive seen doctor kelly since is was in my teens, now Im in my early 30s. She is an amazing doctor, extremely versed in more than just dermatology. She has great bedside manner. (I have a chronic illness) Trust me there are alot of doctors that treat you more furniture than actual person. All around, I cant say enough good things about doctor Kelly and I would whole heartedly recommend her to anyone.

Its a complete nightmare. Lesa Kelly is NEVER in the office as she takes days off frequently and goes on vacation at least once a month. Extremely incompetent staff as well. Be prepared for cancelled appointments and frequent headaches caused by a staff that couldnt care less!

It is impossible to make an appointment. The telephone just loops to over and over to the original message. So I cant tell you how Dr. Kelly is because I will have to find someplace else that answer the phone so I can make an appointment

This is a terrible place. The staff are not good at all. And if you are 15 late then they will not see you even if you are there. Also they dont have available appointment with in a all month. Is just terryble i will give 0 stars.

they need to fix their phone systems before they lose their patients who cannot get in touch with them to even make an appointment. you get put on a hold system and then eventually get hug up on.
