Made an appt. on ZocDoc. Received a message late last night telling me there was a conflict and Id need to reschedule. A completely monotone message. Returned the call. Same monotone voice. When I arrived today for the appt., there was a language barrier issue and a wait time of 15 minutes. Asked if the woman in the wait room was before me. I was told that I would have to wait until she was seen and that her appt. was at 2 (3:45 at that time.) Receptionist was NOT useful, helpful, courteous or professional. I left and will find myself ANOTHER Skin MD!

Stay away from these idiots. They use spammers from India to go around creating fake profiles on forums to build backlinks to their website. This is not cool. This is an abuse of other peoples web properties. This creates extra work and takes up the time of forum admins to police and delete this crap. Good riddance to them.
