Ive been going to Forest Hills Dermatology for about 2 years. I only ever saw Dr. Weinberg once and have been seeing Kramerman, the PA, for the remainder of the time. She is great and I feel like if I have a concern it will be addressed. Im usually in and out of the office within 20 mins. Despite the great service from Kramerman and the minimal wait time, it has been very frustrating to get in touch with someone outside of physically being there. Ive been waiting three weeks for a prior authorization. Ive called each week numerous times, as well as the pharmacy, and we never hear back. When I do get in touch with someone at the office Im almost always forwarded to Sheila. After leaving multiple voice-mails, Ive yet to hear back from her. Today alone I waited 8 minutes, spoke to someone at the Jamaica facility (dont even know how my call was transfered there), transfered back to Forest Hills Dermatology, only to have the line cut because no one answered at the front desk. Its extremely frustrating especially bc I was told to do a 6 week follow for the medication I still dont have. At this point the benefit of being with a medical professional I trust no longer outweighs the frustration I have with the rest of the process of this office.

When you are in the office it is a typical wait time at any office- though getting in touch with the front desk is insane. On hold on the phone for over 40 min is not acceptable for a health care facility.

Saw inessa pa she was great, fast efficient uses Klara which is also convenient, but theyre hard to get in touch with. Would definitely recommend.
