Years ago, I used to have bald patches all over my head, so I went to a dermatology in Flushing and after 3 months, nothing changed. The doctor over there (in Flushing) even told me it could be something permanent, plus she said I might have lose all my hair. I was so depressed. I cried everyday. So I googled different dermatology and I found City Central Dermatology. The first time I met Dr Berry, he told me "Dont worry, you will be fine, we will work it out" long story short, my hair grew back!!! He never gave up on me. He tried so many things to make my hair grow back again. Now my hair is thicker than ever!!!! I brought my friend who had bad acne all over her face, now my friends skin is smooth and glowing, Dr Berry not only he is very knowledgeable about what hes doing, he is also very passionate, very kind, and very caring, Ive been going here for years... whenever I have problem with my hair, my skin, I always go to Dr Berry and everything would be fine again :) Thank you Dr Berry!!!

Unfortunate experience at this clinic. Receptionist incompetent and rude. Refused to let me see the physician (Dr. M. Berry) even though he had seem me previously and requested a follow-up visit. Problem was related to how my referral was presented to her. She did nothing to help me and was quite antagonistic towards me. I will not return.
