If I could write a review without giving any stars I would. Dr. Faiina Bram just wants your money. She doesnt want to hear that your insurance covers anything. She expected $500 upfront before any work was done or any insurance was submitted. Dont ask her to release your records or x-rays to another dentist either. She wont do it. She lies through her teeth also(no pun intended). She doesnt care about the few patients that she has left either. She is really only concerned with paying for her fancy equipment and decor in her office. Her assistant is also the receptionist and the hygienist and the person who takes your x-rays. She has next to no staff. No patients waiting in office either. Was able to make appt. in a moments notice, and quickly realized why she had so many available appt times available. She obviously has a lot of free time due to not having patients!!!! What dentist asks for cash before any work is done or any insurance is submitted?!!! Dr Bram does!!!!! Beware!!! I wouldnt go back there even if ALL of my teeth were rotting out of my mouth. Turns out ALL the work I needed done was covered 100% by my dental insurance!!! But I had to go to another dentist to find this out. Imagine if I had given her the $500 she asked for!!! Well Dr. Bram, you didnt rip me off!!!! Never again!!! Would NEVER recommend this office to anyone.

Horrible Dentist. They are very unprofessional and do not understand HIPPA laws. Trust me and find another dentist. Run far away! I called many times to have my records sent to another dentist, and the so called dentist Faina Bram hung up on me, and then when I called back, the secretary hung up on me. Im going to take them to court and complain to division of licensing. They dont even deserve one star.

Dr. Faina is the best professional dentist, along with her staff. She is very thorough during her examinations. Wait time is no longer then 5 min. Fain Bram is by far my favorite dentist, she does a great job on everything. HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone looking for a dentist.

I came into the office in complete pain, the Dr had to pull 2 teeth and explained everything to me and did a great job, she even cleaned my teeth first, assistant Carmen was really sweet and knowledgeable and made me feel in good hands, Thank you both very much.

I felt very comfortable with her. I am afraid of dentists and she was very calm and patient. Her staff Carmen and Jocelyn was both very sweet and gave me a breakdown of my visit and what my follow ups will be. I was very happy with the whole event.

Find somewhere else to do have your dental work done. Antiquated materials and techniques are utilized here. Will cost you in the long run.
