I went here November 11, 2016 for a molar extraction and I have to say, I have never been so impressed with a medical office. The orthodontist that I was originally scheduled with in Bridgeport, told me he was uncomfortable doing my extraction after waiting an hour and a half for my appointment. Since I had already called out of work for that day, I scrambled frantically to find another surgeon to do the extraction. Luckily, Dr. Wachs had on appointment available. I booked the appointment regardless of the fact that the New Milford location is an hour away from my home. The team at the office was so friendly and efficient beginning from the front desk all the way to the patients chair. The dental hygienst who took my panos was so incredibly kind, smart, efficient, and most importantly clean! Before and after we took my xrays she disinfected everything in the room, from the door we touched, to the computer, to the machine itself. That isnt something you see everywhere and I truly respect it. Once, I was in the chair and got to meet Dr. Wachs, he was honest, well spoken, well mannered and took good care of me as a patient. The surgery itself was well done, didnt hurt at all regardless of being only on novocaine. They had me schedule a follow up appointment him in a few weeks and I just called today to verify I had the correct date and time written down and the girl from the front desk remembered me, asked me how I was feeling, and even gave me advice on how to help if I got uncomfortable or had any pain. truly incredible. Whoever is the manager of this location/company should pat themselves on a job well done and an incredible staff to back them.

Everyone here is amazing. I cant say enough good things about my experiences here. Ive unfortunately had many dental issues over the years. At this office they are so kind, never judgemental, and always go out of their way to help you in the best way they can.
